Yes I did and I agree. But the problem is that for now it dosent work in reality, as it was mentioned that an other court could over rule the decission for reasons of the childs well being over the finacial reasons of the (genetic) parent. Thats why such hardline contracts need to be in place and ruin the fun for eveyone.

You could argue that she has to pay legal fees so not 40k lets say 25 is left for her (in the worst case) so its not that simple, but then there is this thing where she got job offers ready to go just for her and 25k should keep you aflot till your first paycheck.
