For the big 3 I like to do pyramid sets to maximize size and strength ie: set 1: 12 reps light weight) set 2: 6-7 reps med weight) set 3: 3-4 reps heavy weight) set 4: 10-12 reps light weight

Doesn't the 80/20 rule cover the reality of that? It's basically a forced version of modern hypergamy where the 10% who are "qualified" (alphas) get to bang whoever the please and the 90% that are seen as "unfit" (betas) get none at all.

I'm 16 and I'm already experiencing this. My only source of girls is from my tiny highschool and with all of the 7-9's being drooled over by every other guy, I just don't see a point in competing.

You really should at least strive to get leaner. This subreddit is about improving yourself in every aspect of life to become more attractive in every aspect of life. Try not to leave specific parts out just because you don't feel motivated.

This is a situation where practice makes perfect. Since you haven't gotten laid in 5 years, you should go out as often as possible. 10's actually might be a realistic expectation once you have practice dealing with 10's and are de-sensitized to them.

I'm disgusted and disturbed. What gives a cop the right to even frisk someone without a warrant let alone TEAR THEIR BALLS OFF. You can just see the the psychological damage caused to the poor kid by looking at his face in the picture of him in a wheelchair. We need to make this event well known and heard.
