I focused on meditation everyday this week to focus and stay in the present. Trying to change the constant negative thoughts and learn how to get in touch with emotions (as in what they are telling me and what to do about it) and stop having them control my life. Reading alan watts and studying buddhism has changed the way i act and behave. Trp has changed the way i observe others and how i behave with girls. Just wondering how members of trp get so many pulls on tinder. Been lifting and buying new clothes but cant seem to get matches. Maybe it's just my photos suck. Any ideas on how to get matches and or take better photos? I do fine in person but just unsure how the tinder game works.

progress: lifting every other day and gained about 10 lbs in three months. Changing diet and removing tv and excessive cell phone usage besides trp. Focusing on hobbies like guitar, cooking, and shooting. having conversations with everyone, meditating and no fap or porn (casually banging roommate on the side) struggles: building smv and building attraction with women. also struggling socially as I recently moved to a new city and have almost no friends outside of work. its tough to go out alone …
