Classic feminine absolutism. Except it's not. You fuckers are just trying to monetize the platform and think people are stupid enough not to realize.

"porn ... biggest contributer to depression" The rest of your comment was great, but reading that made it hard to take you seriously.

Lifting weights does not affect height. The studies done in the 40s on that looked at malnourished japanese children who did heavy day labor for months and months. The lack of nourishment explains the growth deficiency there. More modern studies actually point to increases bone growth in young lifters (and older ones!) due to adaptive hypertrophy responses from increased loading on the skeleton.

Do 50 tactics a day and three 15+0 games a day, analyze all three, first without engine, finding where you could have done better, and at what point the game changed in some way, then with engine. Read one book on strategy/pawn play and one on endgames. Focus on application of what you read. After a year, you'll be damn good.

Magnesium threonate, NAC twice a day on dosing days. ALA once at every dosage. Keep blood sugar levels up during the gradual comedown. Reduces long-term neurotoxicity to negligible levels and makes the comedown much easier. You're welcome.

Amphetamines Edit: Modafinil works great too, but YMMV. Amphetamines are a guarantee.

Don't listen to the stupid macho shit comments. Escalating to violence outs you in there frame. Just stop giving a fuck. It hurts? Pretend it doesn't. In time, with meditation, you can separate the stimulus from the response and put decision on how to feel in that space. Don't be afraid of verbal confrontation, there are tactics you can learn about in various books and through practice that can shut down this kind of stuff when it starts or even after it's already started. That being said, very …

Don't listen to these idiots about "learning the hard way". Models by Mark Manson and then practice is all you need for the mental side of game. You can find it free if you know how to look.

Think long and hard about what pervasive government surveillance means about your ability to resist the subversion of democracy, should it happen. Seriously.

It's well documented in the literature that people only do this from a position of insecurity. Putting someone down that you feel is greater than you makes you feel better about yourself - this is exactly what he is doing. I know its never easy - trust me - but remind yourself that he knows you're better than him every time he tries to put you down. If you actualize that enough, no amount of 'bullying' can effect you.

These comments are dumb. Girls have much less resistance to giving you their snapchat, which can be a good bridge towards more personal interaction. Keep it, but don't just look at stories all day lmao.

I suppose so. Just look at how the party of 'personal freedoms' votes for NSA surveillance bills (hint: the democrats vote against more surveillance). The biggest meme-cuck is how so many people on here think Republicans want smaller government, when it really is the opposite, at least in regards to mass surveillance.

Remember kappa, only a % of a % of a % actually make real money off of soccer/other sports. Make sure to have a redundant career in mind, as money is the purest representation of power and control in our world. As for what activities, try to foster a passion for self-education. Every successful person shares that trait - a desire to learn for the sake of learning.

act like they are at a higher level then me Why the fuck would you care if they act - or really are - at a higher level than you? This is a confidence issue my guy. Not everything is a challenge. Some people are objectively better than you, or are in positions of much greater power. Get over it. If you aren't able to, dont expect to get far in life. People that act like you describe are generally hated - a lot.

You need to be able to take shit on the chin, learn, and find solutions. Not expect them to come to you. Obviously... Is this a lousy attempt at strawmanning again? People with a victim mindset (such as yourself) LEL. My internet comment upset you so much you felt the need to lob a baseless insult? Check your 'frame' my dude. People with a victim mindset (such as yourself) expect external things to solve their problems, hence why you’re arguing Robin Williams shouldn’t have been depressed if he …

because bad times naturally end when your life naturally improves at some point, as you look to improve it. This reminds me of Trump-rhetoric. Please say what I quoted above a few times. Maybe in front of a friend. It sounds... silly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circular_reasoning Depression is our instincts telling us something is wrong in our lives. It's on us to fix it. The scientific literature has a completely different definition of depression. For many people as well, depression is not …

For starters, please stop using the term Ad Hominem incorrectly. It undermines everything else you are saying. You're using someone's personal crisis to convince them to believe in the things you do, that there is no God. This is quite the false equivalence you're making here. Your beliefs require the presupposition that supernatural entities can exist. This is not something known a priori, and going about the world relying entirely on external senses, one would never arrive at this conclusion. …

Your stance on organized religion is irrelevant. You're still using someone's personal crisis as leverage to try to convert them to your own belief system. Just think about it for a second. You unironically believe in something with no empirical or theoretical evidence. The best you can do is some shoddy cosmological argument/a priori argument with no logical grounding. C'mon dude. How can you call yourself a redpiller when you make such a departure from logic?

Do things only have value if they are infinite? And if so, why would something of infinite supply have value? This is where nihilism breaks down. We have plenty of logical frameworks that seek to prescribe value to things based on fundamental truths/axioms and what not. Nihilism - at least as described by you and OP - makes no such attempt. I know going purely philosophical likely wont help the feelings of meaningless at all, but I hope that in reading this you realize that your nihilistic belie…

Right because being a pussy has totally worked for every guy, ever. Really? Strawmanning my reply with sarcasm (Amused Mastery as you'll call it)? I suppose you'd say "It's all your comment deserved". Lmao Do you spend your free time being a "cry-bully"? I prefer to think of it as 'pointing out the cultism' in a forum that prides itself on free thought and rational dialogue. I suppose your name-calling provides an excellent example of said cultism and irrationality, coming from a "respected voic…

"Just power through it" Yeah, as if that has consistently helped depressed people before... Did you even read his post? He thinks life is pointless right now. How does "powering through it" do anything to reconcile this belief? Of course the lowest effort response has the highest upvotes and of course I'll be down voted for commenting in disagreement of an EC... :/

A lot of the posts in here are simply saying "Just power through it". Some are even saying to turn to something as blind and senile as religion. I think you need to stop everything and ask yourself, "Why am I doing all of this?" Here are some common responses: I do it for external validation, because it will make me happy I do it to become the best version of my self, because it will make me happy I do it so I can make as much money as possible, because it will make me happy I do it it to gain a…

Leveraging someone's depression to try to turn them onto religion is manipulative at best... OP, please don't let yourself become "Jesuspilled". Religious beliefs systems are designed to keep you roped in ie: "Questioning your faith is God testing you", "Evil in the world is a byproduct of God giving humans free will" Don't fall for it. The greatest men were guided not by spiritualism, but by stoic secularism.

Get your testosterone checked.

Oddly not seeing this mentioned here, get your testosterone checked people, if it's not above 500ng/dL you can expect an impact of rate on rate of muscle gain/fat loss. There is a reason woman can't have as much muscle as men. Their in the 20-60ng/dL range, were in the 400-1200ng/dL range. Get your test checked.

Eat at least 3500 calories a day, get at least 7.5 hours of sleep. Consume at least 150g protein a day. Do at least 12 sets/body part/week. If one of these is missing your progress will be impacted. Also get your testosterone checked, anything under 400ng/dL is abnormal if your under 50 and will strongly impact gains.

Why do you always need to politicize TRP? It should transcend petty stuff like that.

Just make it easy on yourself, start a conversation with the kid who doesn't talk to many other people. Theres a very high chance he wants a friend to do shit with. Invite him to do stuff outside school. Work your way up from there. It sounds like your social skills need some work. Read Dale Carnegie's How to win friends and influence people.

Just make more friends in class, sports is not a prerequisite for friends, nor is a club, it's just common ground. When you talk to people, does it energize you or do you need a break after a couple hours by yourself?

'ew, that sport where guys touch each other' "Shut the fuck up bitch I could beat your boyfriends ass." This demonstrates several things. You dont tolerate her saying things like that Insulting her demonstrates a IDGAF attitude, implies abundance mentality Bringing up boyfriend subtly implies you find her attractive while probing her availability. You imply her boyfriend/orbiters are less masculine because you are more physically imposing; an AMOG tactic essentially. You'll notice that the state…

You mentioned in another comment: "4 years of being unpopular" This points out a greater issue than your parents. High SMV means not giving a shit about whether your popular or not. It means doing whatever the fuck you want and not giving a shit about what other people think. Joining a sport is good, but doing it because you hope it will make people like you more is going in the opposite direction of where your trying to end up. My advice? Read. Fiction, nonfiction, all of it. Books let you beco…

I don't know how such a politicized post got so many upvotes... Your trying to draw a false equivalence to push your political ideals. Hypergamy has existed long before the "welfare state", something which even cursory reading of TRP material makes clear.
