1	Update: Judge expresses doubt that mentally handicapped man could give consent I think that for adults with normal libido, there's an essential right to sex - either through masturbation or through consenting relationships. And here I mean adults in a physiological sense, not adults as people with sense of responsability, etc. I compare it to any other animal that, after reaching puberty, will naturally make sex with each other, even if they are intellectually unaware of many things that's happening with them (at least on an abstract level).
