Thanks everyone for the feedback. The consensus here is yes, getting to low body fat (around 10-12%) is worth it because it is such a game changer to your looks, as long as you are jacked and dress well.

Definitely a goal worth pursuing especially during this pandemic.

Do girls DM-ed you? If that works for you, do share some of your pics and what works.

You're right, I noticed this myself. The kind of frame that I exude is that of a good boy, nice guy vibe. Not necessarily beta, just nice guy. I'm looking to change that to a more sexual frame and learning to fight is a good start.

I do approach girls, but not that often. Around 1-2 girls per week. I haven't had online dating profiles yet, but will set up them once I hired a professional photographer. Yeah dude, you're right. Plenty of fish in the sea.

Currently working on a MIT Micromasters program on EdX. For now, I'm focusing on that and looking into areas where I can start a business. Good advice, I'll start with yoga since I'm already lifting and a good mobility is really important.

Nice dude, you sound like a cool person, let's do that. I'll probably hold the retirement plan until I have few million dollars in investment though.

Got it, won't take the rejection personally and keep escalating when going out with girls.

Education level: Economics at one of the top 10 universities in the world Possibility of advancement at the Bank: Possible but it will be a slow process. Potentially 5 years. I will be working at the bank for the next 5 years due to the unique arrangement in my country, whereby they sponsored me to study for my undergraduate and I have to work with them for several years. Sadly, the place is notorious for having slow career and salary progressions. I'm living in a low COL btw.

Will do this. 2021 is a good time to start my own business since I'm working from home.

How do I prevent myself from becoming too pushy? Sometimes the girls that I like are not that attractive anyway, but because I want it, I tend to put it on a pedestal. It's like the more I want something, the needier I become.

Asking girls for dating advice is like asking a poor person how to be rich. Both does not work and you'll end up worse than before.

Life is short, really really short. My dad passed away this year at 56 years old due to heart attack. He was an inspiration to me, growing up. Now, I have to pave my own path. Knowing TRP can help you avoid big mistakes in life. My dad was a great man, but in his last few years, he made a few mistakes which costed him a lot. Mistakes that we RP-ers discuss a lot. Got tricked by business partners, by women etc. The point is, all of us are really lucky to come across TRP. Use all the tools that we…

Have you read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking? I read the one on porn and it changed my life.

I've read the whole thing. It's good, but don't follow everything in the book blindly. For example, he recommends joining the military, which may not be the best career path for some people. Here are couple of notes I've taken: Fundamental Law of Humanity Finiteness - You are going to die Time theory - Everything is made of human time Happiness - Utility - Health, Freedom, Fun, Relationships Financial strategy 1. Don't take any form of debt You don't need to buy a car You don't need to buy a hou…

Seconding this. The guys give no bullshit advice, especially on deciding your career choice. OP, going to college is expensive and you SHOULD read this before making that decision.

Fair point. TRP advocates lifting and managing one's finances and these two things have always been a central part of my life. I've put up my numbers to make it clear my current progress. I'll take my time to mourn and grieve, but at the same time, life goes on and I just gotta keep moving forward. That's how I feel brother.

Thanks dude for the advice. TRP advocates lifting and managing one's finances and these two things have always been a central part of my life as what my dad told me. I've put up my numbers to make it clear about my current progress in life. I'll take your advice and prioritise chatting with family, family friends and hold off the "grind".

Thanks for the practical advice brother. Totally can relate to that. I have two older brothers, two younger brothers. Both of my older brothers are relatively overweight. I was bulking before the lockdown in the UK and didn't lift much. After coming back to Malaysia, I had a medical checkup and found out my cholesterol was 5.9, which is high for a 23 years old. A We'll start doing yearly medical check up to make sure our cholesterol level is okay. I've also cut my diet and practice intermittent …

Thanks so much brother. I couldn't sleep the past two days. It's like my brain is having cognitive dissonance, not being able to accept the fact that he's passed away. Huge waves, like what you said. Today was much better though. Thanks for the wishes, I know it'll get better.

Thanks so much for the reminder. Yeah my father was a great man. After he died, his friends and business partners came over and told me how he was so proud of me (I graduated from top 7 university in the world). Couldn't have achieved this without his support. Your last point is so true, I couldn't agree more.
