Our biology teacher shifted around uncomfortably when one kid mentioned that being able to roll your tounge is hereditary. Apperently too many kids had two aprents that couldn't do it, while they could... which means at least one parent wasn't their biological parent. Usually it was the dad, sometimes they were adopted.

Well it's debateable if it was created to put tax payer money into private contractors hands (private prisons, security, mercinarys, etc.). Some adults DO have complications from NOT being circumcised. Could you be any less specific? What complications? Was it just a phimoses? That post is bogus. The Bundesverfassungsgericht never ruled on the issue. It was the regional court in Cologne. And yeah that court said it was "Körperverletzung" (compareable with assault). New laws were past and circumcision is now explicitly legal in germany. As long as there isn't a case against it before the Bundesverfassungsgericht. Because that law is clearly illegal under the german constitution.

I went to a school once, where you had to walk up about 7 flights of stairs to get to certain class rooms. Everybody groaned when we had classes there. There was an elevator in that building. But only disabled students had keys to it, for obvious reasons. According to your definition of discrimination all the abled bodied students at that school were discriminated against. They limit the rights of men to know if a child is theirs. The law(s) at its heart has this notion that enough women cheat that this needs to be regulated. -3. it prevents children from finding out who their real father is. Imo they have a right to know. I'm not saying it's faked. Science isn't magic. You always work off of other results. These scientists set out to explain why circumcision would lead to a lower HIV transmission rate. They found that explaination. Now we know that isn't true in the real world. Which means, they overlooked something, because their focus was to narrow, because they worked on faulty assumptions. This argument would hold water if there were only the father and the mother involved. But those aren't the only partys involved, are they? The child has a right to both parents. Ofcourse nobody can actually force a father or a mother to be involved in the kids life, but then he/she can pay for part of the childs upbringing. If a child lives with his father, the mother has to pay alimony to the father, too. So I don't see the problem with fathers paying for kids that don't live with them.

Meh, I'm always iffy on what "boys" have "a natural tendency towards". Even if what you say is correct, a toy gun has nothing to do with any of those natural tendencies you've listed. It's just playing out what they have seen in movies and on TV. When I was a kid we had toy guns that actually made loud bangs when fired. It's also not free in germany. Really if you don't need birth control for something medical then it's your job to pay for it. Insurance is not there to finance your fun. Most of the time a couple will split the cost of birth control. So I don't really see how that is a womens issue. If a woman is having sex with multiple partners, she should really use condoms anyway...
