The issue with TERFs isn't so much that biological sex is something important to maintain, outside of a basis for their victimhood, so much as they hate men so much that whereas they would otherwise be fully accepting of trans-women, they hate men so much that a trans-woman is seen as an invading man. 1	Reactions to contemporary narratives about masculinity: A pilot study This is a pilot study, so that's definitely an appropriate number for that, and there will hopefully be a follow-up whole study given the results. They could go to an org with a decent survey panel to do that relatively inexpensively if they have the funding. Wrt the n=253, that's enough to get good results depending on the study actually and is definitely not negligible depending on the overall design.
