6	What to do when you reject a girl and she talks shit about you to some white knights who come to confront/fight you? It's not wrong but it wont help him much. 1	Not motivated when gym is empty My mindset is this. I am who I am, I do what I do, I'm not perfect and some people love for what I am. If someone doesn't like you then its not your problem. But its VERY VERY important for someone to really feel good with his skin and love him\herself. When you find out who you are, what you love and what you want and really feel good about yourself and love yourself everything in this life gets easier. 1	Not motivated when gym is empty Do you have insecurities? Do you love yourself? Do you have to prove something to someone? From the things you say I can tell you have insecurities and your ego gets "filled" when someone is watching you. Stop trying to show off and focus on your training.. You don't have nothing to prove to nobody. Its natural to feel better when chicks look at you, but your practice gets bad when nobody watches you and that's a problem.
