To get someone to volunteer basically for this service for their house needs to be a lot lower than a commercial building that requires by law for this to be a part of the building. They did ask me why and I said something to the effect of this wasn't the best opportunity for myself and it was time to move on. I think a big reason on why they didn't just offer me more money to stay was the same reason they didn't give me the job. It became a "who knows best" kind of mentality.
