Fortunately for me the music i'm into, there seems to be a scene ranging in age from 18-40 or so.. Melbourne is weird like that though, basically if you're cool you're cool. Age doesn't really matter. I've seen both young people and old people look out of place, not because of age but just because of who they are. Find your people and party on!

BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are only particularly beneficial when you're exercising in a fasted state. It allows you to get protein into your body without adding unnecessary calories. Eat right in general and add a few protein shakes to reach your macros and you'll golden. I always like a shake after the gym, i finish up starving.
