Places for casual conversation are everywhere, pretty much wherever you see a girl you like. If you're looking to take things slow, approaching the girl shouldn't be a problem. You'll get an idea of whether you two connect. I usually like to make girls friend me then proceed from there, and I usually meet these girls through other friends. Hope this helps

Yes. The other day I was walking in a mall and this Ol'lady79 was staring at me, when i made I contact she dropped her eye, I laughed feeling confident, went up to her and introduced myself. She admitted to eye fucking me, and one thing led to another. While leaving her house, I saw this dog walking outside, it locked eyes, then dropped it's stare real quick, I laughed confidently as I approached.

Oh right, cus you can't ever insult a woman. If you said this I would immediately not be interested, disproving yourself to me (regardless of how 'hot' you think you are),& you wouldn't be given the chance to reject.
