You two live in a fantasyland. You can't stop getting suckerpunched. And what was I to do? Use my nearly a decade of mixed martial arts training in a fashion that completely disavows my moral compass and lay out a 100 lb 5'0 tall girl? And then what? Go to prison?

Not submissive in the slightest. She is my ex girlfriend now after all. And its hard to stop someone from attacking you when you're not in control of their body.

She was already (and is) my ex girlfriend in the conversation.. And it's a term I apply to male and female alike.

Yeah. No kidding. She proceeded to tell me I deserve all of the pain she's inflicted on me all because I've said some really hurtful things to her.

Went to the gym 6x this week. Trained wing chun 6x this week. (Obtained my blue sash last week) Joined a Gracie gym so I can simultaneously pursue my black belt in BJJ. Been consistently consuming 4,000 calories a day all week. 20 minute meditation sessions everyday, followed by a 30 minute devotion to positive affirmations. Started reading 'How to Win Friends & Influence People.' Regaining some tremendous momentum in light of ending my 2 year long LTR last week.. Congratulations to everyone who…

Even without a partner, I can still invest time solitarily into footwork drills, shadow boxing, balance drills, etc. The list goes on and on and on.. And if I'm on vacation, I personally like to seek out other gyms to train with for a day or two so I can gain insight and experience unfamiliar training regimens. Increases the flexibility of my combat frame, and teach…

My Sifu continually reiterates to the kwoon (Chinese equivalent of a dojo) that the bare minimum time committment needed to be invested for long term capability is AT LEAST two times a week.. If your classes are only 2 hours a piece, that's 4 hours a week of fight training.. Or 208 hours a year.. And, if you heed the rule of 10,000 hours in regards to mastery, one, let alone, two times a week simply isn't the fast track to obtaining extreme proficiency in combat. And trust me, if you invest your…
