Same as being tall, having clear skin, full head of hair though right? Also your paper seems to contradict you: "Consistent with the inverted-U hypothesis of masculine traits, men with moderate muscularity are rated most attractive" Which is actually exactly my point, if I wasn't clear before. LOL, I would not even consider "muscularity" on a list of such factors. Unless you're talking about a noticeable deficit in muscle. Maybe fitness would be a better word for what you mean.

IMHO, TRP overvalues preselection. Meaning, her seeing you with other women. My experience has been that preselection does make women more attracted, but in the actual results oriented process from meeting to sex, it is unnecessary. I feel like a lot of daygamers just focus on direct approaches on single sets (women who are alone). Therefore, any basic book on daygame will do, but eventually even if you're just doing daygame you would want to learn the MM, which focuses on approaching groups.

Realistically, alot of those steps are unnecessary. Once you are able to open and have convos with women, you don't really need any of these steps. And alot of them are just embarassing or funny, which can be good for a warmup but are otherwise pointless.

The Mystery Method is very underrated by nearly everyone. Certain routines are outdated, such as the ones that use polaroids or a pen and paper. It doesn't appear to say in the study that it was one man. One of the authors of that paper is saying that it was a single man in the Telegraph article. But keep in mind that's just one author, and it might just be his pet theory. There's a lot of hype around finding the "sole-ancestor" in genetics, like the "chromosomal Eve," so they may just be playing it up a bit.

Another thing you realize when you track your diet, is that you probably aren't getting enough vitamins and minerals, especially if you only consider food-based sources. It motivates you much more to eat fruits and vegetables, as well as lean meat.

I currently am eating every day at a buffet style salad bar, so I don't know my exact calories. Because of this, I sort of unintentionally am doing a fasting cycle, because I am eating one large meal a day at the buffet in the afternoon and the rest is just smaller meals. On a related note, does anyone know any "alternative" remedies for moles? I've noticed that moles tend to start as pimples. I suspect that moles are really caused by something like poor diet, stress, or infection etc., and not solely sun exposure, although sun exposure is the secondary cause. My theory is that something causes a red spot or pimple on the skin and then sun exposure can cause it to go dark. My skin would otherwise be flawless, and is in fact olive-hued, but for my many moles.

Biologically, it is possible that men may have "better" brains, in other words they may have denser neurons or larger brains, similar to how men have stronger muscles. I'm not saying that's necessarily the case, but it is possible. It could also be the reversal; I don't know, personally.

It's funny - it seems that the racial status of blacks and whites have reversed since pre-1960s. Back then blacks would try to pass as whites (in real life), rather than the other way around. BTW, I'd like to see evidence that Whites' genes are mostly recessive. Surely eye color is, but I doubt everything is, like IQ, height, etc.

my opinion of the book: Interesting but a bit too wordy for my taste. I started to lose interest in the honor, mastery, and related sections. But there were a lot of interesting bits and if I had more time I'd of read or at least skim the whole thing.
