All that does is show that women are fragile and incapable of taking care of themselves. A 30 year old woman should most definitely be mentally and emotionally stronger than a 12 year old and be able to resist his "manipulation". Feminism is destroying not only itself but society's views on women. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Makes me wonder how anyone could procreate with them. If they somehow manipulate some poor sap into marrying them, how are they ever going to start a family (if that's what they want) without the belief that he is raping her? Man, I feel like any woman I date moving forward might be this kind of feminist. I'll have to devise some kind of assessment tool to determine whether she is a rational, logical thinker or an extreme feminist like many of the posters in that thread are.

She didn't "just freeze". She entered a room in a sober state to find a drunk man. She chose to get intimate, get her clothes off, etc, rather than just leaving. You make it sound like a random drunk just started trying to have sex with her out of nowhere. She went to his room sober, saw he was "wasted" and proceeded to engage in sex. Sounds like rape to me. Don't be disingenuous. HE booty-called her. Did you read her speech in its entirety? Or just the parts you boys like to distort? This comme…

But was it a federal "pound me in the ass" prison? You weren't trying hard enough! Urm, I'm a former journalist with 20 years experience in the field I didn't come here to poke you in the eye (or butt, for that matter, haha). You really don't strike me as someone who has 20 years of experience as a journalist. I'm wondering how my thinking 3-5% rapes constitutes a major problem makes me some sort of loon to you Perhaps it was all in your delivery. Making prison rape jokes and "trying" to be seri…

Yes because no other nation in the world has citizens that behave like this, right?

Unless you have a men's resource center as well as a women's center it's also a title IX violation to offer those services to women and not to men. At my university, the Women's Center was also a center for men. It never made sense to me. Why not call it something more gender-neutral? Alas, any noise I made about it was quelled or encountered with excuses: "That's what we've always called it...." I've graduated and when I think about my college days, things like that still make me scratch my hea…

You do make a good point. In my defense, though, she's a narcissist and it always has to be her that is suffering, not anyone else. She keeps a stack of victim cards in her purse, I guess. I like the point you made. I should have said something like that. I hate thinking up or learning of good comebacks long after an argument has ended. I really have no idea. The antibiotics helped resolve the issue, which was odd because there was zero evidence of an infection. All in all, I was happy it stoppe…

Oh, it got better after the course of antibiotics was over (then it came back and died down). The antibiotics helped resolve the issue, which was odd because there was zero evidence of an infection. All in all, I was happy it stopped hurting. I really don't know what caused it, though. Even after an ultrasound and other tests, no one knew what was up. I almost asked the doctor to chop the ball off, heh.

Last year, my testicle was in immense pain. I went to several doctors and the ER but no one had an answer for me. There was no sign of torsion, no sign of infection, and I hadn't had sex in two years at the time, so it couldn't have been an STD (I was extensively tested after my previous girlfriend). And it baffled every medical professional I saw. The last guy I saw was a urologist, and he was equally baffled. He gave me a course of antibiotics and we hoped for the best. My testicle hurt for tw…

It's different because a woman's breasts are her defining feature! Without them, she loses her identity. ^^^^^/s I've actually had the misfortune of hearing this argument within many different contexts.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
