Unless you have a men's resource center as well as a women's center it's also a title IX violation to offer those services to women and not to men. At my university, the Women's Center was also a center for men. It never made sense to me. Why not call it something more gender-neutral? There was no sign of torsion, no sign of infection, and I hadn't had sex in two years at the time, so it couldn't have been an STD (I was extensively tested after my previous girlfriend).
