Firstly, I stated that she pushed the cop for 'fun' not malice, therefore should be punished knowing that. Anyway, the analogy of a man murdering a man for fun vs a man murdering through rage is different. The rage murderer did not choose for his family to be murdered and so should not be 'blamed' for feeling murderous. People choose to be drunk so should be blamed for anything they do when drunk.
