I recommend reading some books to get started: No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover Bang by Roosh V Start going out of your comfort zone. Try new things and meet new people. Build an awesome life for yourself and enjoy the fuck out of life. How can you love another person when you can't even love yourself?

Looking at girls in the gym actually kind of empowers me and drives me to lift harder. I'm not sure if it's the rush of blood or the rise in testosterone, but I always get more reps in my workouts when an attractive girl is at the gym.

Aren't techniques like dread game used to keep women in line? You could get married, but even after getting married, I thought that as long as she knows that you still have options (aka desired by other women), she will do anything to keep you committed.

What I do is picture the girl taking a huge shit (gross I know, but it works). It mentally places every girl (no matter her SMV) down to my level or below. But honestly, just have fun. If it works out, awesome! If it doesn't, that's okay. Remember..outcome independence.
