I think the biggest thing I've realized, and honestly something that I still have a hard time coming to terms with, is that women have all sorts of reasons for rejecting guys. Sometimes it absolutely is the guy's fault, and I've certainly screwed up my fair share of fwb/casual dating scenarios, but other times, the girl just has her own reasons for moving on or not wanting to hang out anymore. It could be: she was fighting with her bf and you were at the right place/right time, she's moved onto …

I think immediately starting with a compliment is kind of awkward. If I walk up to a girl I usually just say "Hey what's up?" Loud and confident with a lot of eye contact and subtle smile, kind of like I would if I was talking to someone I knew well, but hadn't seen for a while. From their reaction, I can tell in about two seconds if they are interested or not. If they are not, I'll just throw out a dumb question "do you know where the library is?" and peace. If she is interested, she will proba…

With college party girls, and in general, but definitely more so with party girls, actions speak louder than words. Kino as much as possible, go for a make out as soon as possible. When I was in college I used the apocalypse opener (before I even knew what it was) towards the end of the night. Just say: "what're you doing later/after this?" her: "blah blah" Me: "Come back to my place." Hold direct eye contact. If this failed (which if we had already made out, almost never failed) I would ask for…

Look, I've had nights where I just get completely shut out, sometimes with particularly nasty rejections. I've had girls physically push me away from them (or their friends), tell me to "fuck off"... the list goes on. I've also gotten rejected consistently by 6-7s only to f-close an 8 later in the night. It makes no sense. While this sub preaches learning from your mistakes and analyzing your interactions, I don't really try to think that hard about rejections anymore. They just happen...until t…

She probably sees you as a friend because you didn't take any initiative. Just go for it the next time you hang out. If you get the "I don't see you that way, I think we should just be friends." Well then now you know...

Figure out what works for you. I pretty much never go to clubs because I figured out I just don't do well in that environment. I prefer smaller bars with relatively low key and quiet atmosphere. I also joined a local athletic club (not for the purpose of picking up, but it has helped my social life a ton, and I now have a solid group of guys to go out with). I've found that the best way to hook up is to make my intentions known early on in the interaction. I usually escalate as much as possible,…

If you are hanging out with her, in her room, alone, in her bed, you'd be an idiot not to assume attraction. Maintain solid eye contact when you talk to her, if she reciprocates, progress with kino etc. Honestly she's probably just waiting for you to make a move. Take the initiative.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
