It's above my reading level. I don't understand the text. Why is that downvote worthy? Most people on reddit assume laziness instead of inability.

Neither do they support his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt The trial is done with, this is a motion to vacate based on what the defense thought was new evidence (DNA on the knife), but turned out not to be. This isn't about guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, this is a determination that there is no new evidence to stop the death penalty and throw out the conviction.

You are getting down voted for not reading. No, it doesn't matter what the prosecuting attorney thinks, it's not up to him.

I don't think you understand how Hollywood works. You don't have a single boss that has power over you as an actor. There is an inherent power dynamic when one party needs the other party for success.

There are a lot of people that do not attract the bacteria that causes body odour. People of east Asian decent especially. It is the same gene that controls having dry earwax.

Dude I know you think they are probably all angels but they are in that life for a reason. The suicide rate and death by overdose in the porn community is gargantuan. Because a. It doesn’t respect people and b. Treats them like shit for money. Often hurting them on purpose for a shot Do you have stats for the suicide rate of porn actors?

Weren't republicans just complaining about the "war" on christmas, wearing masks, calling people by the pronouns they prefer to be called, gay marriage, marijuana legalization, Obama's tan suit, kneeling at sporting events, etc.

Since the introduction of bodycams it has become apparent that most police shootings are justified. Did you see the George floyd camera footage? Narrative died faster than georgie boy when it got leaked. He was saying i cant breath as soon as they got to his window. This is pretty clearly saying the killing is justified. Not to mention all the people bringing up his drug charges and conspiracies coming out that he was a child abuser. Sure seems like a lot of people are defending his murder.

I don't disagree that what she was accused of is illegal. Just that we do not know that it was rape.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/03/20 03:55 AM

Right. Age of consent is 16. If the student was 16 or above, that is not rape in the state of alabama. So again, we don't know the victims age.

We don't know the age of the person she had sex with. When did i defend anyone? You are awfully defensive for someone that doesn't know a whole lot.

Your saying that in a country that lynched people because of the color of their skin? This is one incident, this country has had far more fuck ups in it's past than it does now.

You aren't understanding the complaint. Imagine a workplace, a woman could be the most qualified for a position but if her boss only sees her as an object for her looks, then he wouldn't see her as a valuable asset.

No I don't believe in equality of outcome at all. This is purely about media reporting on something that is out of the norm. There doesn't have to be 50/50 representation. I never said that either.

Your complaint here is ridiculous really. This is significant for women because there have been very little women in space compared to men. It's not a knock on men that more women are going into these lines of work. The media promoting this does nothing but encourage young girls.

Again, this is very field specific. There are plenty of "men's clubs" out there that would not hire a woman into higher positions. Yes, a lot of it is based on working hard and staying relevant but that is not always the case. Look at the c suite level in most industries. Sure, some of that can be women not working hard but there is still a wide disparity.

There are definitely fields where there is a pay gap. A lot of people don't understand its not just women getting the same pay, it's about women not having the same opportunities to make that pay. I think this is resolved in a lot of fields like tech, but ask people in the legal fields or investment.

I have made no statement on the ethics of convincing someone to commit suicide or the legality of it. Only that he is responsible for his death. Her being charged doesn't mean he was not responsible. If he has never gotten in the truck in the first place, he would not be dead.

If it wasn't for him and his actions, he would still be alive. He is directly responsible for his death, however it may have happened.

Those women that want to destroy people's lives without evidence are also a problem. That's why it's ridiculous that people here are fine with crucifying someone without the proper evidence.

I agree he shouldn't be. But that's not enough evidence that she abused the child herself. The court allowed this based on her record of being clean and having her other child in her care with no issues. They always try to put kids with closest family.

Mother went through required steps to be allowed to see her child. Has custody of another child that is doing fine. Meth head father took the child to a different state while the custody court was still deciding on the mothers status. She wants to talk and see her child, which she was given the rights to, and he refused everything. He refused to go to court with his hard evidence that proved her abuse and got arrested for not complying. Dad sets up three go fund me accounts to profit off of his …

Regardless of your opinions of the case, the facts are what matters. He didn't follow the court rules and that's why he lost his kid. The court wouldn't just put a child in the care of a rapist. There needs to be evidence that she did those things.

Has nothing to do with feminism. Look up the actual facts of the case. Dad is a POS as well.

It's deeper than that. The state was ordering him to come to court to settle the issue. if he had hard evidence like he said, all he had to do was go to court. They were never trying to take custody, the mother just wanted visitation rights. But he refused to comply and was sent to jail. That's why the mother got custody.

Just because you couldn't remember the characters doesn't mean they weren't memorable. The performances were very good, donnie yen was far better in his limited screen time than Hayden Christenson is in the prequels. Also, what star wars movie doesn't have unstoppable killing machines? What other star wars movie had a main character being killed by a storm trooper? I think nostalgia is playing into your judgement of that film. Watch the prequels if you want to see effortlessly mowing through hor…

/r/PussyPass20/12/17 01:13 PM

Obviously certifications matter but that has nothing to do with the degree you have. Once again, security degrees wouldn't have existed when she was in college.

Can you please read my original comment. I hate when people not in the field comment about things they don't know about. Security degrees did not exist when she went to school, they are new within the past 5 years. Most senior level info security have degrees outside of the field. The head IT at my previous job had an urban planning degree but had been working in IT for 30 years. The degree is meaningless in understanding if she is qualified or not.

Stupid to you. The point is, her degree has little to do with how competent she is with security.

You'd be surprised how many experienced IT security don't have degrees in the field. 5-8 years ago they didn't even have security degrees. Even most CS only need one course in security.

He did not say a single thing in support of an adult doing the act outside of a joke. That is also not pedophilia by definition. Pedophilia is an attraction to prepubescent children. He didn't say there is nothing wrong with it from the adults perspective, but said from the 13 year olds perspective, it can be positive. You seem to think him talking about his experience as a 13 year old is him talking about the rights of adults to molest. There can also be morally wrong things between two consent…

He is saying there are probably people that don't fit into the mold of 13 year olds cannot consent. That doesn't mean he supports changing the law, as he said he was fine with the laws. He isn't making a statement about the legality of it. He is not supporting the behavior of an adult doing the action, he is positing that there could be some 13 year old that could give consent.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/17 10:02 PM
1

What does that have to do with the conversation at hand? I don't see how you fail to understand that saying some 13 year olds could probably consent is different from I want men to molest children.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/17 09:05 PM
1

How is saying some 13 year olds can probably give consent equivalent to I support adults molesting children? This ignores the fact that he already said he thinks the age of consent laws are fine where they are.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/17 06:32 PM

Having a controversial opinion about his own abuse doesn't mean he supported child molestation. Nothing you have said has proven he supports pedophilia. At this point you are just slinging buzzwords.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/17 01:52 AM

I don't understand how the first statement is supporting child molestation. Because it doesn't. Second statement he was talking about his relationship with an older man when he was 17, not a child.
