5	$580 fine and probation for killing a tow truck driver.....and then driving away. All is a stretch. All of my own experiences with tow folks has been decent. One guy helped me out when I blew a tire on the highway at night in the freezing rain with such poor visibility that transports couldn't move over to give me space on the shoulder.
