| 1 | Doggy baggedI'm sorry, but there is literally no way you would stay skinny at 6000kcal that you claim you eat, that's higher than the amount of calories a bodybuilder would require to gain weight. Even if you were 7', you would require not even close to that amount of calories to gain weight. I'd recommend seriously tracking and weighing what you eat, because most people severely overestimate. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/07/19 12:03 AM |
| 1 | Doggy baggedDepends on how much muscle mass a person has, the more they got, the higher their tdee (total daily energy expenditure) is, which is the amount of calories their body requires to maintain their weight. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 06/07/19 11:59 PM |
| 0 | Doggy baggedBut for around 90% of everybody, gaining/losing weight is all about how many calories you take in a day to day basis. The outliers are just that, outliers. People with "fast metabolisms" overestimate the amount of calories they take in, and most people dont track, so they will over/under estimate their caloric intake. CICO is applicable to everyone unless they have a medically diagnosed disease. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 06/07/19 11:52 PM |
