I worked a decade ago with my ex wife who was a public defender. She had a lot of cases that were horny teenagers having sex and than claiming rape or sex assault when caught by the girl's parents. Also there are real cases of rape especially in low income or gang neighborhoods. I still remember a girl who was claiming her third rape that year. Even the judge was petrified but as the defendant accepted the plea bargain he just gave him a suspended sentence
