$14/hr is almost double minimum wage in a lot of states. McDonald’s probably pays around $9/hr in OPs state

I can’t disagree with that. My standards are higher for a helpful answer. I don’t expect step by step replies, but you’re right

I googled it and got my answer. I just don’t think commenting a vague metaphor contributes much to the discussion. My problem is the low effort answers, not that I have to google something.

The only thing I expect is people coming here to give advice and clarification, not vague metaphors.

This is one of my problems with this sub. People just comment without explaining anything. “Buckets of crabs” What the fuck does that mean?

A girl that’s interested will tell you before the meet up that she can’t make it, and offer to reschedule or do something else. It’s already time to next. She agreed to meet up, then didn’t show up. She didn’t care about wasting your time or leaving you hanging. If you continue giving her attention, you’re basically telling her that you’re ok with being ignored and disrespected I don’t see a way to salvage this

Her ignoring your text and flaking on the plans she agreed to is a clear sign that she’s not interested. I’d just forget about her. Getting stood up and ghosted isn’t something that you just sweep under the rug, then try to act cool. Move on

As someone that used to think I’d be skinny forever, I just want to emphasize the fact that gaining weight solely relies on food. You can go hard in the gym for 5 years straight and not gain a single pound if you don’t start eating more. Here are some of my mental notes In general: - Calorie intake controls weight of your body - Lifting controls the shape of your body - Type of food and cardio controls your health

That’s what I’m saying. The last connection the two perspectives share is that it’s human nature. Asking “why?” Isn’t a deep thought. I’m not a deep thinker

That makes sense. If the deepest you think is “that’s just human nature” then you’re right. Completely in sync

True, but that means you’re just accepting the principles of trp while disagreeing with the reasons causing the behavior. Seems wrong to me

A lot of trp is based on evolutionary psychology. I don’t understand how religious people even consider this stuff to be true. In my opinion, fully grasping trp requires you to be an atheist. Anyone agree?

I exclusively piss sitting down so I don’t splash piss all over the place. I don’t care about the sound though

I’ve been struggling with this same problem. So many hobby ideas sound lame to me. A lot of the suggestions you see on here are purely social hobbies. Not much results other than making friends and meeting people For me personally, I want a hobby that doesn’t feel like a waste of time. I realized that I need to be creating something, or building a useable skill set. For now I’ve settled with learning a language, woodworking, and making YouTube videos. All of those produce a result I can show som…

This was my first thought as well. I’m a fairly beta/BP guy at heart. I want a loyal girl that’s pretty and wants to raise my children. RP has taught me that my expectations are unrealistic, but I’ll be damned if it doesn’t get me closer to them than any other way of life

What about her do you miss that no other girl can provide?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
