According to her, I was always doing stuff like this. I've noticed the same reaction when i've done or said something that the girl in question doesn't like. It might be to do with the fact that in the eyes of a girl, you are as you are - you were always that way and you were never any different. This goes for positive and negative situations - like how they will see an alpha as always having been that way, and the idea of him having previously been a beta as disgusting and "untrue".

As mentioned in another comment, the blue pill programming (can also be referred to as the ego) cannot exist in the present moment. Your "story" and "identity" require constant thinking about the past and future to survive. The present moment exposes these things as myths.

Alpha chicken, I like it. Ive found since unplugging that people are more likely to move out of my way, make space for me, even mumble "sorry" for things that they haven't even done wrong. I appreciate the comment mate, the definitions of ego you provide are pretty much in line with my original post. I guess I'm trying to avoid getting too spiritual in my post as this alienates a lot of people. One thing I have learned for sure is my ego = my BP thoughts.

Mate I'm with you. I'm 23. My depression and anxiety 100% vanished when I accepted TRP; everything was explained with no room for confusion. That alone confirms the ideology.
