There is a way to re-appropriate it in the future. You would need a lawyer that is familiar with the jargon. You would also have to set it up prior to any thoughts of divorce to avoid red flags If a divorce goes to trial. But the idea is that she won't get the money. And you can alter it years later after it served it's purpose to protect your kids from a greedy spouse.

You have to change your mindset. Listen to motivational videos on YouTube. I like the Schwarzenegger ones. They will help distract you from self-destruction. Channel that motivation into a hobby.
