I have trouble with approach at times. Finding that first line is always the hardest for me, but I can run with any conversation with ease. I go to school in a small town, and simple facts like bar time, bar name, song choice, etc are well known because nothing really changes (unfortunately). Also, small town syndrome, there is a known ratio of way more guys than girls, so a 5/10 gets bumped up to a 7.5/10, and girls tend to be a bit more stuck up... what to approach them with in this scenario?

I have only ever taken whey protein post-workout. A few weeks ago I purchased casein protein to take before bed.. too early to conclude on those results. My build in middle school was about 5'6", 155 lbs. So pretty chubby. When I got into high school, I graduated at 5'9", 162 lbs. I'm 5'10", 180lbs, and have worked out for a dedicated 3 years straight (I'm 22). I can attest to your theory... I enjoy the "We'll see about that ;) " line. Challenge accepted could make her think it's your mission to even get an attempt, where as "we'll see about that" portrays yourself as more confident that, when given the opportunity you will not fail. That's my opinion anyway.
