Go to the gym and make sure you have back ups for different situations that may come up. I wouldn't put this at the top of the list but getting used to being alone helps. I have a small group of friends and had to move away from them. I've spent a lot of time alone when i was younger so i wasn't really bothered by the fact that we couldn't hang out.

Ok this is MGTOW as i see it. It's too dangers being in a relationship because as a guy you hold almost no power. She calls the cops and you get arrested. You call the cops and she lies about something and then you get arrested. If she's unhappy in the relationship there is no incentive to work through the problems. I get what you are trying to say. This strategy requires there to be enough problems for people to keep fighting but not enough to hurt you. So for places like Iran and North Korea even though most of your population is poor you still stay wealthy enough to be happy and hold power.
