No. Chastity in it self does not matter. But. In my experience, fewer sexual encounters/partners tend to correlate with being sane and healthy (and this is what matters). Whereas the opposite, riding the cock carousel non stop and losing count has a much higher risk of correlating with crazy, self hate and neuroticism.

Sauna is great, but one may not have one easily available. But I have a bathtub at home. Just taking a slightly "too warm" bath an hour or so before sleep every day has done wonders for my relaxed condition. The quality of the night's sleep improves vastly.

TBH, don't we all (guys and girls) reason like this. E.g: (*)(*) "Oh, she seems nice" /inb4 "NO, because I've never met or looked at a wahman since I went MGTOW 4 years ago"

Same. Might I add a scary realization, an Ahaa! moment: Think of what a woman would add to your life, in terms of value added contribution. Since you've filled your life with what you need, on your own, what's left? Insert some thinking on your own here... For me, I've came up with the conclusion that occasionally it is more fun to be accompanied by a great body, foremost in bed, (could also be when watching a movie or eating dinner). tl;dr Realize why escort is the oldest profession in human hi…

It does apply "completely". MGTOW is not a synonym for misogyny, (even if you get that impression from browsing /r/MGTOW lately).

MGTOW for me, in practice, is more about keeping a very safe distance from women. And not care about other's expectations on me. MGTOW is not about being an asshole towards women. You clearly don't have your shit together if you feel a need to exercise conscious hateful or evil actions towards other persons, women or men.

Swede here. What's even more funny about Sweden is that hardly anyone even marries any longer. I have about 10 friend couples, with children, only 2 of the couples are married.

> Women KNOW better. No, they don't. I like the tiger analogy. Or rather the cat analogy: A cat is domesticated enough to live in a furbished home, but instinct will make my cat prone to smash and fuck up things in my apartment. I stopped blame my cat for that when it happens, because he can't help it (AcatsALT), instead it is my fault that I left the glass/jar too close to the table edge, of course my cat had to try gravitation and knock them down.

Lessons learned from every experience: Energy returned on energy invested, it's always negative.

I would rationalize to Physique (Network, to speed up Career) (Career, to speed up Financials) Financials And everything else (e.g. mental/confidence or other types of health) will just follow. Don't chase symptoms. Learn the difference between goals/outcome and course of action.

For me it's not even the drama or manipulation. It is basic economics; contentment return on energy invested. Human interaction, the math just don't add up. Insight gained through experience thou, so I agree with that.

Let her know that you lost pretty much everything. Just ordinary casual like you'd tell a dude friend. The scene is set! Let the play unfold!! Be ready with your stop watch. Report back with the MSTR, (milliseconds to rejection)

Funny you should mention. I recently noticed, admitted, a drop in my libido this year. I thought and explained it to myself as Well, I am getting older so maybe that's why... (I'm 35). But then just a few days ago I met a really hot looking woman in real life for the first time in a very long time, as long as I can remember, and instantly booiooiooioioionngg!! I realized my libido decline was not due to age but exposure. My life nowadays is commuting between job, home, supermarket, gym and occas…

I've left people left and right indirectly because of their lives' got harder. Directly I left them because they became jerks because of it. People who's character breaks down into becoming pieces of shit because "life's tough right now" isn't worth putting up with. /edit LOL the downvotes. Had to re-check I wasn't commenting on a post in /r/incels

I don't see obvious signs of her being a women. The fault is more likely that the person has a very low IQ. (Someone who bought into the propaganda and cannot approach technology. Could've been a guy, but probably more likely a woman.)

Posting even thou obvious risk of downvote. You spend an awful lot of rows ideating reasons or mitigating circumstances for ex hitting your sister. Kind of unrefreshing. But no reflection or background whatsoever as to why your sister asks for the money? At least I as a reader do not know. I mean, she could've gotten cancer? Got robbed? Car stolen? Fired from work? We all get unlucky sometimes in life, women and men. Slapping her with an AWALT without clearing an initial benefit of the doubt or …

I got the exact same Family Guy feel. Very early on at that. Ok so some random scenery, random backdrop, bad scripting aaaaaaand for content... just drop a shitloads of oneliners. Sooo Family Guyish and so so bad tv.

A tl;dr variant: Smart choices and decisions triumphs struggle/effort. It's OK (even more healthy sustainable) to be a bit lazier than your hyper productive colleague (or whatever) as long as you constantly make smart choices and decisions you'll still end up far far ahead of your super working first-in-last-out peers.

a woman's beauty does not reflect on her character. Well true, in strict causal sense. However, personal experience suggest that naturally beautiful women tend to be less bitter, which is soooo much nicer to be around, interact with and endure than someone who has that constant coming-of-age bitterness and poignant aura, (like 90 %'ish of women). My guess is that naturally beautiful women postpones the development of such inner hate due to the fact that much is given freely to them in life, beca…

maybe you start thinking inequality is pretty good It has nothing to do with inequality but all to do with forced redistribution (e.g. of wealth, or gains for that matter). So, a little Reddit experimental study: Hands up everyone who would still hit the gym if your individual gains where redistributed among 15 people who just sat around and did nothing while you were sweating like a pig.
