Just because it has been used in a wrong way does not make it need to go. White Knight's are definitely a thing just as Nice Guys. Some guys will in some cases defend women because they think that behavior will get women. To just go around blindly calling men white knights when its not true is of course just bad behavior. It is hard but it's not impossible . There are tools you can use. Different cases have different difficulties but the the principle is the same. In some cases dwelling might lead to something and then it's worth it but in most cases it's best to let it go. It's a life long struggle to learn to do it but it's worth it. I've done the journey completetly and you don't have to start with social life first. You start with it at the same time. I actually bought the pua 101 hypno mp3.. I think it only works if you want it to work.
