It’s funny you mention that. When we were together she did little odd jobs and made a little bit of cash but claimed she could not find anything full-time. That was part of why she wanted me to provide more for her. Now all the sudden she is working full time and one mutual friend says she’s making pretty good money. So easy to get a job when you have to pay the rent and don’t have a boyfriend paying it for you anymore.

Counselor I don’t know? I’ve had a woman counsoler tell me too “buck up and get over it “ and another one at a different time say “just move on”. Their words When I went to them at my lowest points in relationships and life for their professional help. My sister is actually a counselor. My ex gf would spend an hour minimum in any store. She could spend an hour in a portable toilet if there was a store ever made that size. I finally got to where I would set the timer on my phone for 20 minutes when I went into a store with her. After the 20 minutes I went out to the car whether she was done or not. This infuriated her because it meant she had to pay for everything. So she was left with either shop efficiently under 20 minutes Or pay for everything!
