The short version is that evo psych makes a hypothesis and when we investigate it, we find that this hypothesis does not hold up under scrutiny. So far basically none of what evo psychologists say is true. This MAY change in the future. If so, that's awesome! I can go back to be…

Evolution is a false prophet. We were put here by aliens to observe how hairless apes with only a tenth of our fathers species brains would react to stimuli they provide. Its been all foretold in the crop circles man.

I used to like evopsych until I did a deep dive into its true methodology and right now it's basically in the 'slightly more true than chiropractory." in terms of scientific merits. If you do more research you will also learn this. Could evopsych become a better more accurate truthful scientific endeavor in the future? Yes. Right now its not there. And it make perfect sense from an evopsych/biology perspective. At its most basic level attraction is based on whether someone will be suitable for p…

Honestly what some of my guy friends act like towards women growing up. The good news is most of them have grown out of that mentality. Maturing is something guys tend to do slower, and it definitely causes a lot of heartache in women they get involved with. It's why the RP stuff is so insidious. Its pushing guys to give into those awful primal "instincts" to only want sex and temporary companionship. When in reality modern men should fight that shit within ourselves.

By 30 almost all women have at least 1 kid. Something like 10% don't. So yeah, if you're single male or female past 30 and you're dating your age-group, you probably will need to date some amount of single dads and moms. Whether you stick with them for LTR is a different quesiton.

Your old boomer colleagues have younger friends and family. You network through them and find cool people. Find hobby groups you may like. You just make sure to maximize your time spent around other (hopefully) single women and men. In the past one of the largest ways to connect with a future LTR was through friends-of-friends. We stopped doing that but we need to start back again.

We all use our bodies for financial gain. I've worked in warehouses, drove trucks and tractors. I used my whole body, sans penis, for those gains. I like porn and think I have a very good relationship with women's bodies and sexuality. These aren't concepts that aren't possible to maintain. The simple fact is that most people won’t. This is a societal change though. Some asian societies don't look down on sex workers, at least in the way westerners do. This norms can, and probably already have s…

The issue is our society that doesn't reward such degrees. Philosophy majors should be making 6+ figures. They sadly don't unless they write a great book that gets picked up by the cultural zeitgeist. It's an incredibly important aspect of our human nature. I woman with a liberal arts degree that retains that knowledge is, in fact, smarter than a trades dude. Doesn't mean she's superior in some other way. He's "street smart" and she's "book smart" to borrow an old colloquy.

Men don’t have a right to children. It’s a privilege women sacrifice to give you. And so many of you don’t deserve. It one of the most dangerous things someone will do in their lifetime. And you, as a man, will never compare to that sacrifice unless you go into active duty for your partner. This woman is kind of unhinged though. I get this as an emotional rant but goddamn.

I have very few problems with this. There's all sorts of tests that are done pre-natal and post-natal because we've learned they can prevent future problems if done early and often. Note, this still wouldn't mean a dude can just walk away from financial obligations on the child, especially if they're married with other children. State needs someone to pay, and that means the current parents.

Most divorces end in a fairly equitable outcome, yes including the man's overall financial situation. Family Courts have gotten pretty good at pushing couples into mediation and mediators have gotten pretty good at solving most common issues that come up in divorce. Women almost never "get to rob" a dude.

I don’t think sex work is healthy or liberating for women, but I understand the economic conditions and possibilities that make women choose it, and I still want them to have the ability to practice their chosen work safely. Men shouldn’t have to find sex work attractive or appealing though. These are contradictory stances though. Sex work can be liberating for some women. Why? Because their economic conditions allow for it to be the best option for them at that time. Men shouldn't judge negativ…

Two of those things are going to narrow 90% of women down to like 10% of women. Most women are a little chubby. Most women have 1 kid by 30.

Honestly... yes. If you're absolutely desperate. You want X but won't jump through Y hoops to get it, then you're not truly deserving of X. If you're a 1/10 through 5/10 dude and you REALLY want a girlfriend, date any intellectually stimulating girl you can find that finds YOU attractive, even if you don't find her to be the cutest girl on the block. As long as she's not repulsive.

I could get behind this thesis. I know looking at photos of my dad and uncles/aunts friends hanging on in the 70s and 80s and even 90s, most people were much more in shape. Even the chubbier people were like 20 pounds overweight, not 50+ pounds. If we want to get into the evopsych / BIOLOGY~~~~~! argument, maybe humans don't find super chubby features as attractive. I kind of doubt this... but in theory its possible.

Some women are forming groups and buying homes, so if that trend continues she's right about that part. Women do tend to provide each other with the majority of emotional needs. Between 14-28ish for a man thinking about sex 1+ times a day is normal. For women thinking about sex 1+ times every 3 days is normal. Active women(regular gym or sports) may think about sex more frequently. Unactive men may think about sex less frequently. Testosterone and "being open to sexual fantasies" are really the two major things dictating libido.

I dunno a lot of gym bros have way too much emotional irregulation for me to believe that the average guy is getting a benefit from it psychologically. When I've seen the super pumped up dudes, and spoken to them, they're very high-strung and too "go get'em".

If you're going to the gym and eating a normal calorie amount for that gym workout + your daily movement at work/home, then you're gonna lose poundage. Yes if you eat like a pig and work out, you're only going to transform some muscle into larger muscles and still gain fat.

People have been using birth control for thousands of years. Yes it wasn't as good as what we have now, but people then didn't know that. Casual sex has been around for tens of thousands of years, judging by anthropological records. So yes you could sleep with random people in your village or surrounding villages, or your nomadic tribesmen if that society allowed for it.

And they will remain so until people allow researchers into their bedrooms, or they start calling up participants' sexual partners for verification. People don't lie like you think they do. We don't need to be inside the bedroom itself to know what someone does. You ask honest people, which you weed out with questionnaires th…

/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 02:39 PM

The foot thing makes sense when you realize its an early childhood origin story usually. Cuckolding is simply "My man/wife is so fucking hot that they can get any man/woman they desire.. and that kind of power is hot." It's voyeurism taken to the extreme in a way.

Humans seem to be on a spectrum of attraction and there are far more 2s-thru-5s than 1s and 6s, to borrow an analogy from the Kinsey Scale(which no it isn't a perfect system of identifying attraction.) I think the "born this way" stuff was very important bridge for moderates/conservatives to understand why queer people think that way they think, but I don't think there's any current evidence of biological hardcoded homosexual attraction. Pretty much only older women buy those novels though... My aunts + grandmother had like a 200+ romance novel collection they shared between them. For older women that is definitely a common fantasy they had. Newer fantasy aimed at younger women do not follow the same tropes. Look at Edward and WerewolfBoy from Twilight, or the douchebro from Hunger Games.

In 2011, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released the 2010 results of their National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey and report that 44% of lesbian women, 61% of bisexual women, and 35% of heterosexual women experienced domestic violence in their lifetime.[408] This same report states that 26% of gay men, 37% of bisexual men, and 29% of heterosexual men experienced domestic violence in their lifetime.[408] A 2013 study showed that 40.4% of self-identified lesbians a…

Men are more violent in relationships with women due to cultural and statistical reasons. Has female-on-male violence gone up in the past 50 years? Yes, quite a lot actually. It is still less than male-on-female violence. We should also be clear about what we mean by violence and the impacts of that violence. Smacking someone, something women tend to do, is much less damaging psychologically and physiologically than punching full force with knuckles, something a man is more likely to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 12:37 PM
-3

If you ask many women to describe their relationships, and then ask other women to go "Would you rather live in this relationship or that relationship" I can guarantee you that most women would choose the lesbian relationship overall. The things women are looking for, lesbian relationships provide ten fold. They get the companionship, they get the protection, they get the romantic stuff, they get the sexual libido compatibility stuff, they get all the emotional rollercoaster stuff, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/23 12:34 PM

I mean it can mean they're abused, but that abuse is contextual. A woman smacking you and throwing objects at you is abusive but is very low contact and extremely unlikely to cause major injuries. A woman punching you full knuckles as hard as she can, or kicking your shins and at your torso/head, would cause serious damage.

How far into lesbian subculture are you then? Because I have lesbian friends that explain these things in logical ways. One, the type of DV that is usually going on is slapping, pinching, pushing, hair pulling, throwing objects, and other low effort contact. Very rarely are women in a DV situation punching, kicking, stabbing, twisting ligaments, severe pushing down, holding someone until submission, etc. that males tend to do. So the overall type of violence and the type of injuries are both dif…

Biden just committed 2000 troops to Israel. This is how World War 3 begins... As President Joe Biden considers traveling to Israel in a show of solidarity, about 2,000 U.S. troops have been told to get ready to deploy − possibly to the Middle East − in anticipation of an Israeli ground invasion of Gaza aimed at crushing the Hamas militant group that rules the war-battered enclave. The American soldiers would not be sent to Israel but could be assigned to other countries in the region for support…

Great post and it'll likely get ignored. Men here mostly want a cheat code. Perhaps Gen Alpha/Z men grew up with the ability to have "strategy guides" for everything and this has screwed up their ideas around relationships(and other topics as well.) I've noticed the same guys that get hung up on dating in the modern era also get hung up on geopolitical topics, hobby topics, long term parenting topics, career topics. They genuinely might not understand how human relationships are supposed to work…

Funny short story: A girl friend of mine once had a date where the guy's ride had "died" and she had to pick him up from his shitty lil apartment, he didn't think of a good place to take her so they went to McDonald's, and he "forgot" his wallet so she paid for the whole date. And he tried kissing her and asking her to come up to his apartment at the end.

Men of the current 18-35 generation are used to being able to do things by themselves to make themselves feel momentary happiness and blissness. We have so many outlets now compared to in the past where in general you could only truly be happy with people around you. It's a societal thing apparently. Even kids in the good parts of asia are doing it. There is a global shift in how kids react to these things. One potential source of it is that parents often don't let their kids fail at things. We've become more impatient with failure. So as soon as a kid fucks up a few times, we correct it. Or we don't allow them to fail in the first place. Kids are less self sufficient than in the past, and that flows directly from parental involvement.

So from 3ish till today(30s) I've had a core innate part of my personality and outlook that has been consistent. Of course could that innate nature come from before I remember? Its possible!

But the interesting cases point to more socialization on this. A girl that's raised in a strategy-focused household, like many female chess GMs, are much more interested in strategy than "people" are for most other females. Just like boys that are raised in households that are focused on people and arts, are usually much more "feminine" in their thought process and interest level. We also see this with female scientists, if you track their early childhood they were often pushed into those more m…

Both. However it appears humans are capable of much more pronounced socialization from nurture than pure biology suggests. We are able to use our brains to stop ourselves from 'instincts' like eating, pooping, fucking, rage/anger/violence, etc. I can have an intense feeling of "I WANT TO KILL THIS PERSON" and not go through with it, that another primate would in fact attempt to kill that thing they're angry with. Our biology allows us the ability to use that biology to fight against itself, in a…

If its an extreme gap, yes. Topical example: Imagine you're palestinian and your parents are Hamas supporters and the "drive them into the sea" type. There's no way to be moderate on that kind of a position, and morally you should fight such an idea including going NC if need be.

Had two longish term relationships through tinder(both in a small market for 'decent' guys though... less than 50,000 men in general area) Had more success through older dating sites like OKCupid/POF, arguably they were more set up for women to "settle" for a good hard working dude rather than getting boned by chadlite.

Now I'm imagining some diesel dykes training soccer moms on guerilla warfare and cutting dude's throats while wearing ninja gear. "It's a woman's war!"
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/23 04:00 PM

I mean 40%+ of men definitely have empathy for women's causes. I've attended pro-abortion rallies and there's a lot of white cis male faces out there in the crowd chanting and marching along. If the reverse was held, we wouldn't be getting nearly as many women marching on behalf of leftist male rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/23 03:57 PM

Women also had to fight like hell to get their issues viewed by the public as worthy of change. I agree that they do need to take a little break and refocus on other issues, but I can understand why they don't feel they can do that with shit like SCOTUS' latest anti-abortion mess. Everyone should multi-task on issues better but I understand why some groups can't do a good job of it.

Average guys with great profiles and are able to talk over text well are doing just fine on Hinge/Bumble/non-tinder-y apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/23 03:51 PM

Definitely agree with that. Ton of women go "I swiped on 50 guys, 10 sent messages, 2 were cool to talk to, I went on the date with 1 guy and now we're married." I've seen a ton of posts like that. There profile still stays up for X number of months. We don't know when/if they ever get purged. I'm kind of curious to download apps i used to use and see if I'm still on there with messages from women waiting.

People have different life experiences and thoughts about such matters. Body positive movements have made some women feel secure in being chubby or downright fat. They don't want to change that aspect of who they are, even if you think it may lead to greater romance prospects. They don't think it will, or don't want that type of guy that likes the skinny them but not the fat them. It's ok for her to think this way, and it's relatively ok for you to think the way you do.

It seems natural for some people sadly. While some tribes and societies didn't obsess about virginity(polynesian cultures famously after the first birth) many did and still do. I think this is one of those "quirks" in the human psyche that seeks to control things around us.

So its a binary between "obsessed with virgin purity" and "just fuck anything and everything you want, bro"? It's pretty clear those cultures obsessed with it were empirically wrong to do so. It's less clear that not focusing on virginity is a negative thing.

Its possible it would be difficult to revert if men have collectively decided those aren't high enough status jobs for them to pursue. The men that go into nursing are a different breed than the plumbers/truckers/etc. that you see and interact with.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 03:54 PM
1

They are to some degree. Girls that are allowed to realize they can do dirty cool jobs like the boys often do go into those professions. The problem is most of society doesn't give girls and young women those ideas. They often tell them that 'nursing and teaching' is where they should go, not welding or plumbing.

And I can guarantee you're paid less than a man working same hours per week and doing same hauls.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 03:45 PM

I mean you can, just make sure they take lots of time off and work less hours than male counterparts. Also claim they have less experience so you don't need to pay as much. Women in the trucking industry for example make less than men who work the same hours and do the same types of hauls.

Feminists would abolish all 200 countries right to conscript if they got into power, so no its not a double standard. Although to enforce such a global mandate we'd have to go to war with some countries over their refusal.

Most of Central America is above. Most of east Asia is above. Pacific islands are below.

I get that you want a revenge fantasy, but it’s not how that works…like…once women know a guy is gay (meaning no possibility for sex with women), they usually stop caring about him or get overly involved in his romances and root for him The fuq? This is exactly the opposite of what women do that form relationships with gay or bi men. They're often knee-deep in sharing love life stories and both parties are very interested in the others.

But these days flirting or even approaching women in gyms has become openly discouraged, seen as inappropriate and even policed. This is 100% false. No major chain of gyms have this rule. All are "respect everyone" based and don't explicitly say you can't flirt. Its unwanted flirting thats the issue. If someone makes it known they don't want you around them or staring at them, you don't do it. The vast majority of people get along in gyms without incidents, and the ones that can't get removed.

It was one of the weirdest things out there to do, and it doesn't represent any other long term more comprehensive studies on this. About 20% of women that regularly wear large heels(more than 1 inch) tend to want a guy significantly taller than them. 80% of women don't care or only want a very small increase over their own height(so a 5'6 woman will be happy with a 5'8 guy).

Funny enough many people / insurance companies are requiring a latching gate to be put around pools that prevent 99% of the drowning deaths that happen. Amusingly the best tournament fishermen in the world do exactly this, they have studied where fish hide, why they hide in those places, and what bugs/lizards/bait attracts them for an easy meal. Asking random women on Reddit helps give you an idea of the spectrum you'll run into though. This gives you knowledge and information you can apply if you meet up with someone with those characteristics. I've been lucky to date women that paid 100% of my meal on the first date. It's rare, statistically from surveys only 13-18% of women do this. Empathy is agreement. Sympathy is "I understand your pain even if I don't suffer from it." I had empathy for the man that lost his penis. I have a penis so I can put myself in his shoes. I had sympathy for the woman that lost her breasts. I have to imagine from losing other things that would suck a lot, but I don't have breasts so don't know the full extent of the pain she suffers from. I see plenty of conflict in this sub and others. Its just we all figured out in the late 90s that you need strong moderation to prevent the truly unhinged from wrecking your little bubble of fun. Those wild west days sucked. No I don't wanna see random childporn at 10am on a workday. No I don't wanna hear about how Hitler had some good ideas.

The sad part is they don't know what they're talking about because they haven't had very many life experiences to allow them the wisdom to know what they're speaking about. They lack the knowledge to know they're dumb about this topic. Heck maybe it's some undiagnosed mental disorder. "Oblivious to how the real world actually works." I think this is a pretty accurate explanation of what's going on. Women are picky, just for different guys. Men tend to have a very 'baseline' of attractors, and we tend to like generally the same stuff to some degree at least culturally similar men do. I'm a southern white guy, that type of girls I'm attracted to is definitely going to be a 80%+ similar choosing as any other southern white dudes if you lined up 100 women and got us to choose. The only deviation for me would be I grew tired of t…

Explain what you mean by this? BP all agree on core concepts, even if they're nuanced on additional topics. Like a BP1 can be anti-sex work. BP2 can be pro-sex work. Neither is wrong nor right(although I'd argue we can figure out rightness if we investigate further..) but they ultimately are agree on other bigger more fundamental topics of attraction.

That's not what the science says about quantifying our experiences into data and analysis of said data. If you're a subjectivist, then fair, there's no convincing you. If you're an objectivist/empiricist, then we can investigate this matter and come to a conclusion that matches our reality.

Perception around the time you spend together. Some people are very "no labels" type, so they don't really discuss "what are we?" Its why we need to see more surveys on couples that come in, and single people that come in having full access to their social media / texts on their phone to confirm they're not actually seeing someone.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/23 04:51 PM

The data is probably just flawed due to the exact wording that people are understanding and answering based off of. Many women think they're in a relationship aren't actually in a relationship, that alone skews it some. There could also be a contingent of men that think they're not in a relationship but actually are. Weird shit happens when surveyors don't have perfect detailed long term info on something.

Imagine 1000 nerds and 10 supermodel hotties, no one is dating. Does this make sense to you? Many women just don't think they can accept a poor quality dude, so they are going solo. Same for some men. Some other men are very picky(imho guys in this sub are insanely picky) and have a "no fats/no femmes/no rice/no spice" kind of attitude.

Just like if white female culture changed to be ultra violent I'd be scared of white women.

Not "considered less important" -- jobs that are lower paying due to supply and demand. Female fashion models earn more than their male counterparts. There's more demand. Ehhh, isn't it something like the top .1% of female models make the most money, then top 30% of male models, then top 30% of female models, then everyone else? The demand is actually for more super attractive men that can also do all the things modeling requires out of you.

Yup. I'll even go so far as to say no doctor has ever married a long time fast food worker ever in the history of fast food. Very few have married restaurant workers.

The smart women become doctors in a high paying specialty then only work part time. The average female physician works 25 hours a week. Source? This does not match my experiences at all. They might only work 25 hours at one practice/office but most physicians in my area have multiple places they work throughout the week. My wife's doctor works 3 different clinics throughout the week, easily 60+ hours a week.

Doesn't jive with my experiences in medical field, although more on the technician/staff/admin side. Most women are in very LTRs or married. Very few stay single for long and most of the nurses end up marrying a blue collar worktruck kind of dude, a lot more than another white collar type.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:29 PM

Find a dating site for women that are 5'1 or less. Or find out where those types of women hang out in your area. Women generally just want someone same size or slightly taller. The "must be 6 foot" thing is a myth for most women.

/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:12 PM

Conservative, regressive norms are patriarchal based, hence the patriarchy. We need a complete update to the rules and 'rules for why the rules are what they are' for the dismantling of the patriarchy to be declared in any particular country. Even then, that country would feel the effects of the patriarchy through trade and media subjugation. So it'd go from a hard patriarchy status to a much softer one.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:09 PM

Lemme guess "Norway statistics on men and women say X so therefore Patriarchy cannot exist any more!" we did it folks! Mission Accomplished landing on an aircraft carrier move!

Same. Dated one of the UNC womens basketball players for a while(she was 6'6 I'm 6'3) and she turned out to be completely nuts. Great sex though. Also could get into some weird but fun positions. Fucking while standing up? Yes please.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:03 PM

Online will be your main target then. Skinny as a rail dudes do sometimes like chubby chicks but its rare. My uncle is super thin and short and he's been in a LTR with my aunt since '82. She finally got gastric bypass a few years ago so now they're both skinny, but she was chubby for most of my childhood and young adult years.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 05:01 PM

Nah they're all over, but you're gonna have to look for them a bit harder. Or date a POC man. Most black dudes, some indian dudes, most latin dudes love thicc girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 04:59 PM

Below average women are dating dudes they see every day at work/school/church/hobby/randomly meet. So put yourself out there in those places with women that you find attractive, don't be a creepy/weirdo, and you'll do fine.

You gotta remember that for much of history men initiated the majority of divorces, that stat has only flipped since the 90s. Women are saying on paper why they want a divorce, it's usually the spouses actions(cheating, money issues, etc) that are causing her to hit her final straw and initiate divorce. It's almost never a sudden decision and usually 2-3 years in the making I think on average. Giving a man 2+ years to get his shit straight and he's still failing that, it's reasonable to get divo…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/23 03:38 PM

Men are much more likely to behaviorally initiate divorces too. This one has switched to women, agreed on your other points as far as I'm aware those are accurate. Modern men are a lot more emotionally intelligent than our dads/granddads. There's still a large gap though. We may see some of these negative statistics change for the better if men continue to feminize how they think about relationships, especially caretaking.

This is correct. I've cut back snacking a lot as an adult but I still have cravings. I'm currently craving chocolate for the past few days and made up my mind i'm gonna get some this weekend. It'll be purely empty ass calories and likely more fat on my body due to my lack of activity right now. Fat folks do what I'm doing, but to the Nth degree.

I don't know of any society, even the most progressive ones in Western/Northern europe that would encourage women to hate men. The #killallmen stuff from years ago got a FUCKTON of pushback. Arguably even ruined a few fence sitting feminists into becoming anti-feminists. The flipside we have societies like Saudi Arabia that absolutely have an anti-women mentality in a lot of contexts.

You can eat very little in america and still gain weight. What they're eating is calorie dense, even if the portion is small. Think about in their logic terms, eating 1 burrito is a tiny amount of food overall. One burrito + drinking a bunch of water all day should not gain you weight. Yet we know if that 1 burrito is 2000 calories, they're gonna gain weight if they don't burn off roughly 500ish calories that day.

I think clearly the former is worse. Dude's are wasting women's time by trying to fuck them but not have a relationship with them, when women most of the time want some sort of relationship. Hobbies. If you're able to ask questions or answer them, you're able to start a natural conversation. From that you build upon it with personal questions as you get to know someone. 6+ months in you're gonna feel much more natural at talking to someone for any normal reason you would talk to them. And starting with just learning to conversate with stranger men in public can help, so it doesn't have to be 'jump in the deep end of the pool' straight to talking to stranger women.

What do you think of my idea(and fixed loopholes around it) of as soon as a man and woman decide they want to go on a date, it removes that guy from the dating pool for 1+ week(maybe longer.. would have to test)? That means no other women would see his profile, so they can't go after him. Chad gets his 1 woman doled out by the system per week/month/whatever timeframe.

I love that episode of black mirror. I don't see how we don't move to that kind of weird ass scenario. 99.8% chance of matching! Women's stated issue with online dating is quality of the matches. The AI could weed out the low quality bros and only send the highest quality to them. Once two people select that they're going to go on a date, the app would remove them temporarily from being seen. /r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 05:25 PM

I think you have a fundamentally different outlook on these things than the average person. For most of us, exceptions do prove the rules. The rules work great 90%+ of the time. Amazing. However weird ass random stuff sometimes happens in this quirky world of ours, and 99 zags turn to 1 zig. We ignore that zig the best we can and go on with our lives.

How much importance you put into how significant those exceptions are, comes down to your life experiences / education on that subject. Exactly right. The main thing is presenting the least amount of red flags for a girl you're interested in, and actually taking a chance at getting to know her. Being fit, being educated or work hard, wearing modern clothing styles(google for trends), etc. will put you ahead of most guys already. Ugly ripped dudes do get chicks. Not 9/10 chicks, but still.

I'm aware of how statistics work. These stats aren't conclusive and the data shows this. We need more studying of women that are stronger than men. How are they outliers? Is there something genetic or social? If its genetic can it be isolated? Is there a 'strength' gene that newborns could be encoded with to make everyone on the equal footing? If its social, what exactly is causing these women to be super strong and can / should it be taught to other women? Should these women be excluded from fe…

The grip strength thing has many flaws in it that you can read about elsewhere. I'm well aware of it and it isn't conclusive. Regardless, we don't require anyone to engage in a strength test to see if they can play chess or any other sport. The most we do is piss test for various chemicals that are "enhancers". If LeBron can crush my skull with his fingertips and I can't, it doesn't mean the athletic commission is going to not sanction a MMA fight between us. They're gonna go "yup both cis males…

I wonder if this explains some of the rates of stranger dating going down. Back in the day you had a ton of experience learning to talk to random people because, frankly, you had to. Now a days a teen can do everything online and never speak to anyone beyond a few words. Stuck on their phone constantly communicating but not off the cuff like you have to do in person.

They usually know conversational english. Just befriend them like you would any other girl tbh. Some kataoey are extremely feminine(they literally take on a female's role in their family/household) and some aren't. In general you probably can tell the super femme ones pretty fast through conversation. Tell them how pretty they are. Just do what you'd do with any other girl.

Definitely. I wish society would wholesale figure this shit out so we could bankrupt these diamond dealers. Bought two really cheap cutely cut man-made diamonds for our rings from a reputable dealer. Blood diamonds for the blood god.

I think the reverse argument is that "Women enjoy the companionship of other women, adventures with their girl friends, support from their gfs, etc." something something biology drives women to attain higher happiness levels around estrogen-fueled people, sync'd up periods as a sign of this, primate group female behaviors, etc blah blah blah evo psych nonsense.

Secretly hates dongs, duh. I'm pretty sure this fantasy could be reality. Tons of passable trans women out there that are on various dating sites just praying for the right guy(or gal) to ask them out. Have quite a few trans friends(mostly FTMs but handful of MTFs) and it's one of those 'quality over quantity' things about who they date. Ironically they have more to legitimately complain about dating wise than many of the RPcel bros here, lol.

Which is really dumb but the reasons they gave are at least somewhat more sensible than the normal reason trans women get banned(SUPERIOR GENETICS OMG SCARY). Their reasoning was basically "Most tournaments are open to everyone. The idea behind it is a community-building in…

The girls that fuck on the first date usually aren't long term relationship material, for the most part. Men that are serious about a LTR don't want their dates putting out that fast.

Thousand times this. He's talking about high schoolers or fresh out of high school and not on the college track type of girls. Betty Jo down the dirt road will certainly give you a handjob on the first date, she's in that social sphere that such behavior is acceptable and morally ok to do.

It is kinda fucked up to expect something different than proportionally equal. Red Pill women are awful in this respect, and RP men are dumb-dumbs for thinking its ok for them to pay out ridiculous amounts as a sign of "masculinity" or "faithfulness." This makes the most sense in a modern era where everyone works some amount every week. Make it a proportional thing based on lifestyle you both want, minus the investments you both want to make for long term retirement. For my wife and I, I make roughly 2x what she makes so we split it 2/1 so essentially me paying 2/3rd and her 1/3rd. She buys dinner sometimes. I buy dinner slightly more than half. She pays for more groceries, I tend to pay more on trips we take. Looking at our bring home vs wha…

People that want to reduce risks, should be able to enact policies to do so. Those that don't mind risks, should move to places that have people that also like those risks. Of course "But I was here first!" then starts and you've at an impasse. I'd argue the 'risk takers' should move due to the fact their mentality on life is incapable with modern philosophy on human interactions and interpersonal relationships we are forced to have as a large population of city-dwellers. The main thing though is that there does seem to be an increase in these types of 'scorn hopeful lover' attacks, and a certain type of ideology that is empowering these boys to lash out in violent ways. It's perfectly ok to point this apparent reality out and look for solutions for boys and young men, that don't require completely rejiggering society to force women to date these ill dudes. I think most BPers don't mind it as long as the person is being wholesome/morally good about finding a partner. If they're exploiting the possible knowledge and experience gap, then its a bit creepy. If you're looking for a woman within your same IQ/socioeconomic circle/etc then its perfectly smart thing to do if you can find anyone local, or if you particularly love the culture of that person. In the gaming community its not really an issue. I suspect gym culture also doesn't mind it, if anything the older guys can feel like a hero by teaching the young dude how to lift properly and shit. People forget there's definitely a little bit of a genetic component to male bonding. There's a reason why most mentorships throughout history have been much older man and younger boy/man(and no not just pederasts.)

The people that care about 40 year old cis het men and 20 year old cis het women, definitely care about 40 year old cis gay men and 20 year old cis gay men. Same power imbalance. Same issues are raised. Same predatory issues are raised. You need to expand your social circle and talk about these topics, cause people are decently consistent with their beliefs around age gaps across the board. Also yes same issues with lesbians. Although the 'predatory' thing is less of an issue in theory.

The qualities we look for in friends vs lovers are two different things. No we don't. We add a few more qualifiers for 'lovers' but its still the same base needs as 'friendship' is for friends. Women should definitely approach more and initiate more. I don't see any genuine downsides to society encouraging women to be more direct in saying "I like you." Women currently play way too hard to get sometimes and that is a downside. Men should be more emotionally direct especially sharing positive feelings they're having.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/23 03:53 PM

It's a moderately poor representation of whether a woman likes you or not. Women often report they'd rather sleep with someone they don't have much desire to have a relationship with, over the person they'd rather have a long term fulfilling relationship with. Yes this is a bit of a weird quirk that some women have, but its not a lie and it's reasonably logical from their pov.

Most peoples first, sometimes several, times are not that great. Like overall its great because of the life step you're taking but that actual orgasm-to-fun ratio is much lower. In general I recommend people to have sex at least once with someone half way decent, and that'll allow you to experience that life changing moment and be able to better direct your thoughts and feelings towards the next person without having the virginity thing looming over your head.

Usually couples that live together a long time stay together for longer than couples that jump into living together after marriage, and don't realize they're much more incompatible than before.
