How do I prevent and avoid false rape accusations? Most sane girls won't make false rape accusations. If you're really that concerned about it I'd consider just getting a girlfriend and taking it slow. Even though random hookups are fun and part of the college experience, if you're that concerned I'd about them avoid them. I'm not saying don't get laid, I'm just saying don't be paranoid.
