I watched the whole video linked by OP. I honestly don't think it matters how obnoxious she was being. I'm not defending the drunk, she obviously didn't have any regard for the child which is why it was imperative that the others did. I know for a fact I wouldn't be laughing away like a hyena knowing I was traumatizing a child, regardless of what the mother did.
