this isn't a pussy pass - it's illegal in the US, legal in Canada, so from Canada's perspective she's being wrongly punished. you'd have to show that Canada wouldn't have done the same thing for a man who slept with a 16-year-old for this to qualify as making an exception because she's a woman.
