3	What advice would you give to a broke 24 year old looking for success? Great advice. 1) be the best at your profession. Get the top pay. Be a master in your field. The old guard will tell you it's not worth it. Spend energy and money on being there best 2) keep your credit perfect. This will accumulate income later. Renting to roommates should net a profit for you. 3) find ways to have others pay for you. For example, get a job that will pay for your education.
