This is so efficient. I spend 30 minutes in that environment with nothing to show for it. Yeah, I made a mistake. I should have gone after her. I keep thinking in my head, mostly because I have been called weird all my life, what is the right way to do this. I suppose any way is fine, as long as you do it. Execution, where I fail the most.

Curious how would you have handled it?

It seems like the go to for any kind of moral behavior is. Ego protection. I don't want to have my ego protected. Okay, grinding your ass in public, is not necessarily moral or immoral. But it is repulsive to me. I don't understand why most behaviors that I consider to be basic human decency is considered to be "beta" here. And I am not going to stop doing them, because you label it so. I don't have game, I will give you that. If that is their metric, then, I need to work on that, given I would …

Where do you pick up women? I am to be honest more interested in LTR like stuff, or some connection, rather than mindless fucking.

Hey man, I have struggles similar to you. Let me read on what you wrote and see if there is anything I can apply.

This Sun/Sat. Around 3pm. She was walking by, eye contact for a while. I said hey. She stopped. I asked her what here name was. I was too silent and she didn't hear it. So I asked again. She pulled up her glasses and went away smiling I think. ( not sure if she was smiling or not, she seemed to be ) I didn't go after her. Middle of day. Yeah, approach isn't the problem. I don't know how to build conversations.

But my pride has kept me from offing myself. It has helped me build myself out from failures which when I faced them, seemed like the end of the world. I don't want to give up on my pride or respect I have for myself and my efforts. Without them, I start caring too much about others. And my execution also becomes subpar. I do gym. I lost like 60 pounds in a year. I do approach random girls at the bar and try to talk to them. Don't have a lot of success here. When I see a pretty girl, I do want t…

What is the weakness you identified? I don't plan on changing any of my core ideals. But superficial changes yep. You can't be a scientist with core emotions and ego. It is the pathway to immense weakness. Things like belief, faith are important for handling the core, what life means. For dealing with uncertain things. Everyday execution, yep, be a scientist. What I am looking for is people who feel similar to me, and may be more information they have collected. And how they have changed with ag…

Haha. This was great to read. What do you enjoy about men and women?

Nope. I admire the spirt of those men, to pursue things beyond, not the fact that they are admired. I am not going to let you reduce my my aspirations to mere selfishness. I always doubted myself for that very reason. I care about the future of the process because it is the right thing to do. No one in the world has to know or care, but that doesn’t remove my responsibility. And I derive immense pride from it. It is not externally generated. I feel genuine pride and happiness when I pursue my id…

May be naive right. But Men I admire, have always tried to do more. Micheal Faraday, Cincenatus. They all devoted their life to something greater. Yes, little shits took advantage of them, but these men are the foundation of everything we have. And my life will be easier, less stressful focusing on simpler things. But I choose to do more. May be it all ends in absolute failure. But I want to try. Big words, not yet backed up by action. I must push harder. It will happen, if I do more Today. Yet …

Haha. I can’t tell if you are being serious or not. Haha. How can that be enough. How can that make you feel alive? Nice things to have but not enough. People are so different. But you might have the right outlook on life. Since you are not focused on up in the sky things, you can focus on task execution without distraction. I need to balance lofty ideals with nut and bolts execution. Hmm. How to do that. I need to figure it out.

"blue virtue societal conditioning " I think some of it does have value. I want to care for things beyond my pleasure, and paradoxically that is what gives me satisfaction. And it also lets me push harder. Stuff like money, women, are not enough for me. I know what I need from my time. Errors to be fixed, but I know what I should do. :) Young and naive. May be. May be not. But I agree that the task execution is the most important skill, without that non-emotional, mechanical thing, nothing happe…

This is great advice. Seems like bullshit at the surface. Be yourself. But I think your brain will function at max capacity only when you align it in the direction of what you truly care about. Following the rules others have setup is the easier path, but it will, I know atleast for me, lead to a lifeless life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
