Waaaaay too much info. Jesus, you've left no mystery. HER: I'm curvy in the right places YOU: I'm only interested in the wrong ones... Also... Me: Cool. Good luck to you also. :) I'm curious: You said I seem dominant. Is that what you mean about our personalities not matching, or something else? I want to better understand how I come across over text. WTF. Cringe. She gift wraps you the "You are very dominant" and your vagina responds with that bullshit? Ugh.

Yes. Go out alone. Dress sharp and look like you don't give a fuck because you don't. give. a. fuck. Keep yourself open to whatever happens. I recently was out at a restaurant and sat at the bar while I waited for my date to arrive. Meanwhile, a group sits next to me (a male/female couple and an additional male friend). Part of the problem with this kind of shit is that you're not only trying to deal with your wife, but you're also dealing with the expectations of her parents/family and yours. If you truly want to unplug, you have to let go of all of that. If you don't, your wife is always going to use your sensitivity to family against you. Two things: 1 - You would never call a 10 year old girl a cunt, and your wife was acting like a 10 year old girl. 2 - A rule I have is to only use the word cunt in a funny/playful context. It is a fucking GREAT word and I don't like to waste it on making people angry. Jesus, I love that word. Bring people along by showing them what a joyous, fun word it is by not calling them a cunt in anger.

I think one of the most important (and powerful) things you can do is to not engage in arguments with your wife. It sends an immediate message that you are operating on a higher emotional level than she is. It may take a while, but eventually she will parse this as you being more mature and that translates into tingles. The challenge for you is to always stay in that place of being more emotionally evolved than she is (in her perception). Nice work.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
