I would say part of it has to do with how brutality often stems from a situation escalating, if a police officer feels threatened he may directly or indirectly escalate a situation and feel that he needs to use or exhibit more force in order to protect himself and those around him. 1	I've noticed in the media when people talk about ex's they always frame the ex girlfriend as crazy and a stalker and the ex boyfriend as abusive and a douchebag. What is your experience with this and what do you think it contributes to toxic gender roles and stereotypes. I don’t necessarily know if it’s so much of a gender issue as much as it is a resentment issue. 9	Gotta stop wearing certain clothes, I guess I used to live 10 minutes from the beach in LA, CA and I never saw any men doing things of that sort, seen plenty of women wearing see-through shirts/skirts though (not complaining either, just an observation).
