Straight out of the game but I've used this effectively: Ask her "do you want to kiss me?" 1) If she says yes - kiss her 2) if she says maybe - kiss her 3) if she says no - tell her you didn't say you could, it just looked like she had something on your mind. 90% of the time they say either 1 or 2. I liked this technique and used it whenever I was too nervous to just go in for the kiss. Now I don't give a fuck and go in for the kiss regardless. Confidence is key.
