Consider checking on Google "men's group" or "men's support group" and add your location. English speaking countries such as the UK, USA and Australia has some really cool ones in person. Also there are options online, including free ones. It can be a place to start, and maybe even get to know some the participants in person at some point. Some could live some place near by!

You will not regret later I highly recomend men's group / men's support groups There are plenty programs online, from free ones focused on mental health to poshy ones as coaching oriented ones And consider checking if there is in person one, near by where you live

There are many reasons, man. But I believe that one of the main ones is that people, because they did not have acknowledge or worked through their own pain, they can not sometimes hold space properly to others.
