It’s clear that the LLM’s that make up ChatGPT have clear gender biases. The entire world has a gender bias. LLMs just regurgitate the data they're trained on.

An LLM does the same thing but instead of relying on a small dictionary it uses billions of learned patterns (parameters) from reading huge amounts of text across the internet, scanned books, etc. It builds its response word by word, guessing what the next word in the sentence is each time. Agreed, the bolus amount every 2+ weeks for Test E/C is so commonplace yet a smaller amount pinned EOD/3x a week is inarguably better. Most TRT physicians either don't know nearly enough about the hormones they're prescribing or they just don't give a shit.
