2	“All female athletes deserve equitable pay” As much as I do believe in equal pay, for the most part (same job, same responsibility, same pay), I find it terribly interesting this is brought up in a sports arena. Never in sports has pay EVER been equal. The top player from one team never makes the same as the top player from another team. The top soccer player does not make the same as the top baseball player. I could even argue the actual athletic performance may also not factor in as much as it theoretically should.
