They are proven beyond reasonable doubt through due process in a court of law. Whereas the woman's were alleged (and not even by the authorities, just an aside by the article). Accusations are no longer just accusations after a conviction. You are still making a gigantic assumption off of nothing, displaying clear bias in doing so.
