If men were being raped and then rape being justified for what they were wearing I would say that people would probably be equally as outraged and supportive. if you count "made to penetrate" as rape (and why in the flying fuck shouldn't it be?), men report being raped about as often as women. the media doesn't even acknowledge male rape victims exist except through tokenism.
