[Yes, two months] (http://imgur.com/a/ZEnVp) I updated the post to clarify that I was already in shape, just worked out harder. I agree that it was misleading. Hopefully, the updates are a little more down to earth.

I agree that it was misleading. Updated to clarify. However, there is a difference between whole foods that cover all your nutritional needs versus fast food that easily covers your macros. It's not just body composition that I was going for. I wanted to feel better, which meant focusing on getting micronutrients as well as macronutrients.

4 days a week for two months is 32 training sessions. If you do not see improvements in that time, even minor changes, then your program isn't working. I agree that the original post was misleading. I updated it to clarify who I was when I started working out harder.

No, just cut out the crap and ate whole foods with plenty of protein. As I told saffer001, even below 200 pounds you can still look similar to those guys.

I was generally fit before I started due to weight training habits developed as a college football player. Just not as cut as the actors whose job it is to look like that. 6'2" 190 still looks good when you're around people who do not have the same body composition. Also, the body changes pretty fast when you push it hard on a consistent basis.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
