If 300 women get off to meet with 500 men you're only getting 300 kids in a year. If 300 men get off for 500 women, you'd get 500 kids a year. Men have to literally walk on eggshells talking to women and about women. Women's feelings and emotions have to be taken into account for just about everything. Anyone who has ever worked in I warehouse knows, you are lifting, pushing and pulling all day .
