So even if you took them to court for child support the judge wouldn't be able to give you anything because they have no recordable income. No business of any size that actually makes money is going to risk paying people off the books. | 4 | Big Facts.They'll garnish wages before they arrest anyone. And then much like taxes the money gets taken out of the check by the employer and the employee can't do anything about it. | 2 | Big Facts.The government 100% will make the man pay if the woman bothers filing for it. They'll also make the guy pay legal fees. You might not get the full amount if the guy legit doesn't make enough because they can only garnish up to a certain percentage. But whatever they don't pay on time gets spread out with interest.
