There's a difference between a guy walking up to a girl and giving her a complement personally like "you're really pretty" and a guy who yells at a girl as she walks by "hey sexy, you're looking goooood". Now, I'm with you that saying something to someone isn't necessarily hurting them, but it is still unwanted and unnecessary attention.

Lemme ask you this; what is a persons intentions when they even ask something so innocent as "hey beautiful"? What are they hoping to accomplish?
