What about the dad bod appreciation movement?

My point is this guy is claiming telephone and horse relay is somehow more impressive relative to the time than our time - where you basically carry the entire human knowledge in your pocket.

You’re right now that I think about it. Still think these guys are making it harder for everyone.

We have the internet, virtual reality, self driving cars and space travel now though.

If there’s a benefit of a doubt to be given shell will get it. Nothing would surprise me and you may wind up paying spousal support.

I know people are rehosting his old clips but I don’t know what else you’d call it.

School PTO and kids playgroups are run by women, it's like the mafia.

Do you have kids? Much more difficult to disentangle yourself from someone if you have kids and have to pay child support and coparent.

Never been better? How did you manage that? I got a new job that pays more, but I'm still losing 50% of my retirement, savings, and house equity. I still have to pay 28% of each paycheck for child support. Any tips for me? Feels like I'm taking a huge financial hit, and my wife's getting free CS money every month. So much that she is not looking for full time work. I'm so filled w anger I have sought counseling for the first time in my life.

/u/OneLostMotherfucker I'm sorry to hear you're still struggling emotionally. I would've hoped to hear after 4-5 years you would be more at peace with it. I am going through the divorce process right now, it feels like I'll never be ok with it. Did you have kids? How did you manage to get yourself back on track financially? I'm taking a big hit right now in terms of retirement and child support.

What injustice are you talking about? Child support? Are you experiencing injustice yourself? I hate the response of 'nothing you can do about it', other than posting on the internet that is. I wish there were more outlets for social change, and that the MRA movement actually accomplished any meaningful legal change for men. Maybe try to get involved in your local men's rights group?

So true. They need to get off their ass.

Basically every single one listed here boils down to 'feelings', or 'I don't feel special'. These reasons are all bullshit. Does anyone take marriage vows seriously anymore? They're all trivial as hell reasons and could easily be worked out if they just tried to work it out w their spouse.

Doesn't matter one bit. She could have hundreds of chad exploits, with no fault divorce she'll still get the house and kids.

There aren't any. Even if you don't lose all you money, or you still get to see you kids 50% of the time. Your wife still betrayed you on a very fundamental level. It shakes your belief in human nature. I know of plenty of stories of men who were able to rise from divorce - happier, more successful, with better relationships with their kids, maybe with a hot new girlfriend. These men will talk about how they're happier now, and it was a growth experience. But the cost is too great.

The reason I was asking was because exponential growth of a subreddit doesn't necessarily mean MGTOW is catching on in the general population.

You love your kids right? Get as much time with them as you can - fight for 50/50. And yes I do believe you can MGTOW. I am going through almost the same thing right now - except married 10 yrs, my kids are 6 and 8. I'm fighting for 50/50. It's not even an issue for me, they are my flesh and blood and I need to be able to raise them to be good people as much as I can.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
