Have you looked into clean bulking? I read a fantastic article on it years ago, the guy did the math and shows that getting fat then loosing that chub actually makes you loose about 3-5lbs of muscle per year as opposed to steady gains/clean bulking.

Good point on the second amendment, bullets beat choke holds, on the other hand, choking out an opponent doesn't lead to life in prison as often. But not here to be negative, thanks for the info it is useful, we are at our base animals and those animal instincts never leave us. You can have the best of both worlds as well, getting ripped and knowing how to throw down is quite the experience, no need to worry they might throw you into some crazy arm bar you can't get out of. Also, IMHO, juicing i…

Reminds me of that movie rules of attraction "one night she got drun and fucked the whole football team, she's now married to a senator with three kids, how time distorts things."

So rape charges = what, like 25 year sentence? This girl gets just 3 years for nearly destroying two people's lives and rolls her eyes in court. Such bs, she should be getting a harsher sentence for sure.

I think we all know where the update on this is going. Poor noble John, clinging to the vestiges of a society that was at best semifunctional during its prime. Always keep your power, don't be john.

You got this bro, don't let another person define who and what you are, you are a human being, the top of the food chain, with the same brain that Einstein, Tesla, Ben Franklin/any other intellectual idols you may have had. Change your perspective =change your reality.

I like it, also, stop framing yourself as a broken man, delete that from your mindset. You are not broken, you are not permenently disfigured. Life threw a lot of shit at you, way more than what is fair or just. Justice and the idea of fair are things we create, nature just fucks us. You've got the right idea though, create that indomitable mindset, you got this.

It's crazy to me how many times in my life I've been suckered into living out someone else's version of the "ideal" man. Hard to break the cycle, and I agree, we won't get back the good 'ol days; and those days were not as good as people with rose colored lenses perceive. I was watching birds fly recently and realized the males have it down, multiple mates, total freedom from social norms, and the fuckers can fly. Our entire existence is defined to us as being a cog in the machine, fuck the mach…

I think we all have a story like this, it's good to hear and remind oneself of how not to act. It's kinda crazy when you look back on life and realize how much you could have done if you had the right information rolling around your head.

It is intriguing to read this perspective, on the one hand glo is semi correct in his measuring stick, but it misses a few key points. I agree we can't fully take the red pill, this is the inevitable outcome of trying to live by a separate set of social norms, in the context of other pervasive cultural boundaries. There will always be an infastructure that we rely upon, either to agree with or to reject, it still is the foundation upon which we act. With red pill philosophy we see that there are…

Anyone else noticing a theme here, guy gets attached to X, treats X as though it is permanent, X shows guy nothing is permanent. I think this portion of abundance mentality is overlooked. It's not just about walking away, it's about recognizing daily during the relationship that nothing lasts forever. Then it's not as soul shattering if things go south. Hard to say what kind of emotions the guy was dealing with after 30 years of marriage and three unsupportive fake family members vilifying you w…

Yeah they didn't want a real answer, just the sugar coating they grew up to anticipate. So they want you to lie and stroke their ego's, I find that people inherently know rp truths, they just don't like them to be expressed verbally.

This sounds like a weird situation to be in, wouldn't have kept grinding on her though, Ive seen dudes get fucked up without any clue as to why because they've been unintentionally stuck between a horny chick and her bf/husband. People are fucking strange.

Chubby chasing is weird, especially when your friends are going to pieces over a land whale. You just kinda want to grab them and shake them while yelling "throw a dog a bone sometimes but don't let them become your life!!". I would say to each their own but I think this perpetuation of fat acceptance /idolizing has had a marked negative impact on society ranging from health problems to overly dramatic fattys trying to out compete skinny chicks with volume, sluttyness, and mass. Your friend is l…

"Personally, I feel that someone is going to fuck them right. May as well be me" Conviniently absolving oneself of any type of ethical burden, I want no friends with this level of self serving baseless morality. Your honor and self worth is determined by your choices when no one else is around to judge. Two faced people never reach the highest level of development because their actions and thoughts lack consistency. Good luck with those inner demons.

That is a completely different scenario, the emotional turmoil stems from knowing you are willfully causing the bf emotional harm. If they're actually cool with it, why worry?

Not sure about the whole not my responsibility philosophy, I mean, personally, I think you should lose at least some sleep knowing you're boning some chick with a bf. Your instincts telling you not to fuck a girl on the rebound may just be your brain helping you to not stick your dick in crazy. I'm all for the game, but the fruit is sweeter when it isn't tainted with convoluted moral assessments droning on in the back of my head as I'm fucking.

Sorry bro, girls can be heartless cunts in a flash. They say all is fair in love and war, I think that should he changed to love is war. Especially with the honor less men and women we have roaming about. Just know her actions in no way are a reflection of your status as a man/person. Only you determine that. She wants to shit on you and say your most precious gift you could give another person is worthless? Fine, don't cast your pearls to swine and feel jaded when they're eaten, this bitch does…

No, I'm referring to the use by both diets of siteing paleolithic era peoples' diets as the holy grail true north of ideal human caloric needs, this is based upon a false assertion that holds no ground in reaserched diets of the time. So I'm not saying it doesn't give people their desired results, like fat loss, just that the idea of the noble savage idealizes a time rife with parasites and premature death, not a time period we should envy because we didn't fact check.

This is demonstrably false based upon all available archeological evidence in existence. We are first consumers of carbohydrates, the majority of our energy has always historically, even during hunter gather times been from carbohydrates. We can recompose ancient diets by studying the dental plaque that resides below the gum line and the ratio of other elements and their decomposition level.

You're completely missing the point, your original statement was made under the assumption that it is simply the twilight years of old age that are being taken from you, I merely pointed out that such is not always the case. Read the China study, it's the red pill, only on bullshit we unconsciously consume and how we are creating our own suffering. Despite your attack stance and misinterpretation of my intents, I am trying to help you right now. Take it as you will, I too thought as you do not t…

I tend to agree, it seems that there is a supportive cultural infastructure that is telling women it's totally cool to fuck over your man and steal half the shit. This wasn't the case just a few decades ago. The institution of marriage has taken a dive as more money can be made by heartlessly destroying a man then by incentivising women to give a shit. The thing is we all live out a social narrative we are taught from a young age. The main difference is that we currently get two narratives, the …

Everyone wishes to be desired by the unobtainable elite, hence their desire for seemingly self destructive hookups (destructive to them being worthwhile relationships). It is the fact that it won't last that entices, it's a closer reflection of reality. No relationships last, be it via old man time or infidelity, hookups are just anamalistic impuses meeting with the middle finger to preconceived societal roles. Alpha=making ourselves the object of desire.

It seems often times it the other sad sad men that have been duped into slavery that attempt to drag others down with them. Almost like if he could convince you to drink the kool-aid it would make his own shitty choices somehow more justifiable. "I want you to listen to me very carefully, Tyler, my eyes are open"

It's almost like some part of them is jelous of your youth and refusal to enter into a life of bondage, the only way they feel better about having to live their days in servitude is to drag others down with them. Half the time I've realized my father hasn't ever analyzed his opinions and is pre-set to "I am dad therefore advise" mode. Really just spewing forth cultural norms without cognition. Good job, be what you want.

The way we differentiate levels of culture, 1st, third world ect. Is based upon their technological advances. Not their mate selection/norms. This is why Muslim countries may have 4 wives, and still be considered 1st world.
/r/TheRedPill20/04/16 03:25 PM

It's another common mistake to judge the worth of a culture based upon their technological innovations. You're missing my point entirely. I was not debating whether their culture or social structures were inferior, I was talking about HOW culture changes and norms come into existence. If in an area with extremely limited resources, and you have to either murder one another or share women (thereby reducing childbirth rates, think no birth control) to maintain some semblance of continuity, you may…

I've seen this same line of reasoning multiple times, it's close but falls short of the mark. The truth is that people act a certain way, organizing into social norms, then religion comes in and explains why the now existing norms are the divinely ma dated ones. For example, there are many cultures throughout the world in which woman will have multiple husbands, and vice versa. We are usually judging all action through our own socially conditioned paradigms, unaware that we have these underlying…

As Tyler Durden said, loosing this chicken shit job could be the best thing that ever happened to you, maybe then you'll go out there and do something with your life. Loosing the bs ideas that don't coincide with reality is a source of strength, if you make it so. Let the ideas of false permanence wash out of your mind like water off a duck's back. They were never so, (chaste loyal angels)and so you have also lost nothing, only gained a perspective worth it's weight in gold. Now you're free to a…

I've got about 10 similar stories of my sister, it's mind boggling to see them do it, especially when third parties verify your version and they waive it off as no big deal when they were just attempting to sully your character.
